When we were down there this summer, I actually got to go into Gideon's with a short wait. I got the chocolate chip cookie and it was so good. We were there a week and it took me all week to eat it. LOL I'm so glad we got to go in!
Another great video ! The cookie bar looks sinfully delicious. Say did either one of you have a Nana that made Italian nut log cookies, or Sesame Cookies or classic S & O cookies ? Every Christmas we made cookie baskets for all the aunts and uncles and cousins to bring home with them as an extra family gift. 😋
The cookie bar incredible- such a great variety! My Mom used to do assorted cookies baskets, I always loved when she made the Rainbow cookies- my fave!! Thank you for watching :)
What can we say? Another great detailed well done review. The wife and I watch many reviews of Disney park restaurants and we have to say you guys "get It". We enjoy watching your reviews and look forward to your future vlogs. I am surprised you did not try the corn bread though its getting many thumbs up. Ha, perhaps next time during the brunch review? Not sure this place will be on our list during the next visit cuz we always go to House Of Blues but it does look good, and , ya never know. Thank you for doing what you do

We did hear amazing things about the cornbread, but wanted to try some things we didn't see showcased as much- but it's on the brunch menu so I think we'll have to try it :) It's a solid spot, but I don't think it's a must do. You can always just stop in for a cookie though ;) We appreciate you and your wife watching and supporting small creators!
Been seeing some mixed reviews and always appreciate you both for keeping it real! The food you got actually looked really good, much better than some other pictures/videos I’ve seen - so maybe it depends on what you order! Sam’s chicken tenders looked 👌 and I can so much appreciate going for an elevated version of a classic at a bit of a “fancier” restaurant, because that is probably exactly what we would eat and love allll the chicken tender details 😂 it’s so sad that chicken guy has fallen from grace. The sauce list getting so cut down was such a drastic move. The Margherita pizza actually looked really good too! And the burger looked solid. I like that they have a variety of treat offerings for the desserts - while the cookies look good, they don’t seem to be quite on the level of Gideon’s which we STILL have yet to try. I can see why reviews here could be mixed. I don't think this restaurant changes the game but the cuisine does feel a bit elevated and I think it complements the other offerings well. Gideon's Cookies feel like insanity, especially given the how hard it is to get them so I think the Cookie Bar here contrasts that well. The cookies are classic with a unique flare and much easier to get. I'd say we recommend eating here 🙂. In hindsight the burger was probably the weakest option we had but everything was good. The variety and location is great. Of course, thanks so much for your kind words and support guys. It means a lot.

With all due respect, I'm gonna skip all that and go directly to the cookie bar. 😂 The chicken strips looked good! I also love that they have an Horchata Latte and Mexican Mocha Latte! The birthday cookie is also a staple you find in Mexican Bakeries so that was awesome to see. Great video as always! Looking forward to your brunch video whenever you'll get the chance to go. 😊

I’m happy that I got to stop at the cookie bar! They win the war for me because they offer an amazing gluten free cookie which Gideons does not. I enjoyed it and a latte and sat in the cozy nook.
Now I haven’t checked it out for myself, but everything on the menu seems to be already on other menus throughout Disney springs, but like… better looking at the other places. Whoever made the menu, did they even bother doing research of what was already around, or was this planned? (Not like anyone really knows, just seems odd to me)
They’re a chain restaurant so their menu is similar at all their locations. The cookie bar is a nice addition, and the average guest can’t just walk in to Gideon’s for cookies.
One of the benefits of us going here a few days after opening is seeing what everyone got and being able to provide something different. Thank you for watching 🙂
We tried four of the cookies the day before grand opening and loved them all. WAY better and easier than Gideons. It was nice talking with you both at Columbia harbour house last week.
It was great meeting and talking with you 🙂. Happy our paths crossed on your trip and so happy to know you enjoyed the cookie bar. This is way easier than Gideon's although most things are easier than getting a cookie there 😆. I think flavor wise it's all preferences. I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the amount of chips on Gideon's cookies. These are classic and elevated. I can't choose a favorite but I will be visiting here more purely out of convenience.
agree. we tried the oatmeal scotchie, blondie bar, lemon & oatmeal apple, we will be back in Sept so we'll get to try the food menu. the burger you got looked stupendous. thanks again @@ThemeParkFoodies
