- Rob Dillingham is gonna have to overcome his lack of size to have success in the NBA. But so far in the Preseason Rob Dillingham has been very effective for the Minnesota Timberwolves on both ends of the court.

i think he's underrated , is passing in the summer league and pre season left me speechless , i really thought he was mostly a shot creator but that elite playmaking gonna take him far

Actually if u looked at the scouting reports he was known as a good playmaker. He just was used as a microwave scorer.

Rob is my favorite prospect of this draft, I see him as a future top 100 player in the league. All Star ceiling if he can ever figure out finishing, and elevate his playmaking so he generates more shots at the rim rather than at the 3 point line. ALL NBA as a .001 outcome.
I’m not worried about his offense… but his defense will be the deciding factor

dude turns 20 in January, reminds me of a Jack Russell Terrier in his speed and urgency. Time will help him with his decision making and honing that downhill attack. I can see why people are high on him and also why people are wary about him but he's got some great players around him to learn from

I wasn't a believer but after the preseason I'm shocked at how good of a playmaker he is. People ONLY talk about his scoring when he's an amazing playmaker in general

Hes light but has got strength that allows him to drive in traffic. cuz of nba size height n D differs from college, he ll take some adjusting. But i see him as a bucket. He has the skills the guts the efficiency to get there. Fyi mike conley has been a good defender in this league and hes abt same size as rob but w more muscle.

But Dillingham doesn't even have elite handles he's more of Lou Williams type, he just knows how to quickly create space to get a shot off, not really the I can break you down or get exactly where ever I want type of player that guys with elite handles are

He's 6'0, and a buck 70? I think he'll be ight. He should work on his mid range and floaters. He can slash at certain times but it shouldn't be his game? He is irky jerky, like Mahmoud and athletic asf so he should be ok. I think at his best he could average 18-20 with 8 or 9 assists. He's quick and he's a willing passer too.

Rob not gonna be ball dominant, he can score yes but he don't need the rock. More similar to Conley and Garland. 3rd option on a good team.
