I just found this channel and I really appreciate you posting this on RUclips for the general public to see. I just got accepted into medical school last month and I have plans to open up an imaging center way down the line...these videos have been very insightful for me, cheers
Absolutely on promotions. Gratitude and respect and courtesy is NORMAL. Why pay anyone a bonus for anything less than this gold standard. There are billions of people in the World and they are not all going like each other or get along. However- many people do not understand what is takes to run a practice. Some people's radar is only inward not outward on contributing. Way to take care of your front office staff...Doc--you rock-Keep fighting and treating. Your patients and staff need jobs and they need you.
great stuff; any thoughts to giving CASH vs a separate paycheck when it comes to taxes and how it is received in general? Early in December seems to allow folks to Christmas shop with the money as well...
