That bait has not been around middle Montana yet. Tod is right that it might be goofy looking, but throwing it is a different deal. The Berkley Flicker Shad in the smallest size swims very erratically in the Musselshell River, which smallies attack. I asked about it at the 2018 Kentucky Lake Elite tourney, at Berkley's booth. No one knew about its existence.
Looking at the bill design it looks like it might not get deeper than a foot, I may be wrong. Reminds me of a louder version of Mann's Baby 1 Minus. Looking forward to trying it out.
Smaller lake not far from Waco where y'all shot this. Pretty clear water, and much improved bass fishing. Grew up on it. Just heard you mention Waco, and wasn't sure.

The Bubba was like so many lures over the years that didn't always sell well but catches the heck out of 'em. I've got one or two (or dozens) of old fish getters tucked away! Hey Brad on a side note, I love the exit music on your vids... I'm a big fan of what I'll call traditional country and bluegrass. You and the crew whack 'em at Neely! God bless yall!

You will like it. It’s really different and shines in grass but it works on the rock lakes as well!

You should ask Todd. He uses a stiffer rod than you might think.
