    We do this on hockey trainings very often and my teammates hate it, but I am quite okay with it, so keep up the good work!

    What is the exercise for this?

      Anything that is tough to do for 20seconds. I usually do either treadmill at highest incline and about 5mph or stationary bike on a high resistance/out of the seat.
      You could do burpees or whatever. As long as by second 16 or so of the 20 rotation you’re begging to stop
