The Juvenile Act is so frustrating whether it be Nirbhaya, Gurugram Murder Case or this case. I am myself 17 never have i ever thought of doing something so reckless or selfish that would endanger other people's lives. He must be tried as an adult. After the Nirbhaya Case ruling, according to the Juvenile Justice (Case and Protection Act) 2015, it was decided that all minors aged 16-18 would be tried as adults based on how heinous the crime they committed is. In Pune case, if the JJB thinks the crime is not severe, the boy can still be tried as a minor. It all depends on what they decide now.

Similar case came up in the US in 2018 where a famous social media star killed a mother and her toddler but he was not drunk but just speeding up along with his friends but the judgment for him was that ...he was sentenced to 24 year life imprisonment... Literally he was also a teenager

Because that guy was being protected and was gaining the sympathies of the fan girls and people. while in this case at least people have their eyes open and are upset. One was about how looks can protect you from bad situations while this is about how money can save you from bad situations.

Yeah but his case was also delayed for 2yrs the court kept delaying it and also in this case it was much more horrible cuz cameron was a good looking guy and also a tiktoker so his fans tried so hard to defend him on all over social media platforms saying he's too good looking to be in the jail. Dear SR PAY, No one can deny the fact that VEDANT was technically a Juvenile, in my opinion it was not at all less than a heinous crime and according to the Juvenile Justice act 2015 any Juvenile who commits a very heinous crime can be considered as adult. Yes the blood sample of the teenager and his father which was taken to forensic test fr the second time was from aundh hospital and simultaneously they came to know that the blood sample which was taken fr the first time at sasoon hospital 🏥 does not match with aundh hospital's sample and then as police suspected,it was reported that they intentionally changed the blood samples and replaced it with another unknown patient's sample.That too the senior doctors involved here previously had connections with that boy's father 😢😮

One thing I actually love about Shrinkhal's storytelling is his way of connecting us with the victims. He always do a good research of victim's background and make us connect to them in a way it becomes easier for us to understand and connect with the whole case. Especially in this Pune Porsche case no one talked but the victims but rather focused on Vedant and his family. This is the reason I've been following him from more than 2 years. Similar case came up in the US in 2018 where a famous social media star killed a mother and her toddler but he was not drunk but just speeding up along with his friends but the judgment for him was that ...he was sentenced to 24 year life imprisonment... Literally he was also a teenager

Because that guy was being protected and was gaining the sympathies of the fan girls and people. while in this case at least people have their eyes open and are upset. One was about how looks can protect you from bad situations while this is about how money can save you from bad situations.

Yeah but his case was also delayed for 2yrs the court kept delaying it and also in this case it was much more horrible cuz cameron was a good looking guy and also a tiktoker so his fans tried so hard to defend him on all over social media platforms saying he's too good looking to be in the jail. At last during the verdict the victim's husband read an emotional note in the court after that I don't remember clearly but the court made a deal with Cameron's friend who was racing along wid him that if he becomes the eye witness then his sentence will be 6yrs instead of 10 so he accepted that and finally cameron got sentenced for 24 yrs

No one can deny the fact that VEDANT was technically a Juvenile, in my opinion it was not at all less than a heinous crime and according to the Juvenile Justice act 2015 any Juvenile who commits a very heinous crime can be considered as adult. But when we talk about all of this Essay, blood sample changing, threatening Vedant's driver and even after that not taking a serious action for a long time I may consider the loopholes and deficiencies in the system that should definitely be changed considering the pillars of govt. as well which is allowing this powerplay system to be continued...😔

Yes the blood sample of the teenager and his father which was taken to forensic test fr the second time was from aundh hospital and simultaneously they came to know that the blood sample which was taken fr the first time at sasoon hospital 🏥 does not match with aundh hospital's sample and then as police suspected,it was reported that they intentionally changed the blood samples and replaced it with another unknown patient's sample.That too the senior doctors involved here previously had connections with that boy's father 😢😮

Totally agree, they have croped the cctv footage of that bar where vedant was drinking he was sitting right behind the girl, and at the time of accident Vedant was wearing a black tshirt and was injured by the steering wheel so people caught his friend and started beating him at all social media his friend is being blamed not him they're keeping him hidden

I am from Pune and what happened was really unfortunate, I would like to add a little bit, the car involved was a Porsche Taycan and it is an electric car, therefore it doesn’t have an engine, maybe that was the reason that Aneesh didn’t hear the car coming from behind, as being electric, the car is silent. This proves that electric cars can be really dangerous for other people on the road

I am from Pakistan and this case literally made me cry its not about india only our Pakistan law is also not equal for poor and rich last night i was coming back from my shift on the motorcycle at 1 pm i belong to a lower middle class family and a young girl also hited me with her from behind it was the mercy of God that there was sand besides me where i fell so i didn't get injured too much and then a that girl yelled at me even she hitted me and asked me to pay for her loss while my bike was totally crashed and my forehead was bleeding thank god some people come in my support than that girl ran away with her car but when she started i asked someone immediately to took the picture of number plate and we got her car's number when i go to the police station to file Fir the inspector said to me say thank To God that you are safe and its not a big loss your bike will be repaired in 5 to 10k rs so dont file fir for such a minor case we don't have time for that we have other cases also even they were just chilling in the police station and i was also providing the car's number when i requested again they disrespected me and asked me to get lost

We have seen the cases in past like jessica lal where accused was the real nephew of president of india at that time and hails from wealthy background so he appropriately misused the power and he got he bail.
