Good suggestion it 's near the Malacanang area and can be a potential tourist destination and for diplomats guest of Malacanang can showcase culture of Philippine Spanish Cultural Heritage I evision the place back then the area close to traffic restoration of old houses this area use to be the residents of Manila Elite the consulates and Ambasadors the old houses can be transform to Bed and Breakfast or cultural style theme retro restaurant with cultural shows an open air Caffe or Al fresco dining by the street ornate lamposts around the street and church atea some terracotta pots for greenery and flowers an antique park benches around the area a tram style or tramvia style mobile as public transport for free ,for walking visitors around the area this can be achievei if people and goverment cooperate look at Padsig River Now the impossible can be possible if there is a will there is a way
