INGREDIENTS
Ingredients - Halwai Style Jalebi
All purpose flour - 1 cup + for consistency
Yogurt / Curd - 1 table spoon
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp + to deep fry
Sugar - 500 gm
Food Color (yellow) - 1 pinch
Saffron - 1 pinch
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
ENO - ½ tsp
Pistachios (chopped)
Almonds (chopped)
सामग्री - हलवाई जैसी जलेबी
मैदा - १ कप + सही गाढापन आने तक
दही - १ चम्मच
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच + तलने के अनुसार
चीनी - ५०० ग्राम
फ़ूड कलर (पीला) - १ चुटकी
केसर - १ चुटकी
इलाइची पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
ईनो - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
पिस्ता (कटे हुए)
बादाम (कटे हुए)

@Tania. You have to keep it overnight for fermenting .yoghurt/ curd you get in any grocery store.
