Here you have tried to emphasise more on human and humane problems. Really appreciated, maximum work force depends on the mental stability of an individual. Unless one is good inside, how can they perform better outside. All of the 5 points mentioned are relevant as these are hindrances to business growth if not judged and taken care at the right time. I am undergoing a 3rd point problem and your video would assist me to come out of that and scale up my business to a better aspect and margin.
