Cornstarch, to help lift the tiny hairs away from her skin so they can be easily shaved. Also commonly used if a person has oily skin and doesn't want massage oil put on them.
The customer girl has so much tension on her face and her chin. She's gonna get wrinkles if she doesn't relax during her massage. Stopped watching because her face looks so stiff and not relaxed at all..

She's shaving off peach fuzz, which is small baby hairs on the face. Yes it does grow back but you can get it re-shaved.
