Great stuff Mitch! I have been experimenting with the integration of Airtable, Make and ChatGPT and added some of your solutions. I do wonder however, for the blog post, why you prefer to have ChatGPT write only the seperate sections instead of the whole article at once? Is it because you want to rewrite 25% of the sections with bullets and subheadings or do you think this increases the quality of the different sections? Because I have tested your approach and sometimes in the final blog some sections are double (in different words though with additional content).
Yes this is a bit outdated now. I have a new video coming within the next week that makes it more reliable. Before it was just luck if it worked. The other challenge I’m finding is as new models come out the prompts need to be rewritten because they no longer get it right. As we iterate the content quality is increasing though

In your video you say to use RUclips Transcript, where are you getting this transcript form, are you using the native RUclips transcript feature for your example?
How much are the monthly cost of your workflow as per the video/template? You mention that you integrated some of those tools for cost saving and customization... I did a small version of this following another creator in the space. Didn't think much, just started doing it. Around 3/4 into the built, I had already signed up for 2nd tier plans for half a dozen tools, amounting 130$/month... Not something I can afford (yet). An integrated solution defenitively seems the way to go, and the template can help us hit the ground running!! Fantastic value!! Thanks for sharing this!!
Airtable - free Make - $9/m (I use the $18/m) We no longer use Leonardo so you could skip that Then just the API usage. Which is determined by you. We have new update coming next week that will include 1 extra plugin for a one time 37 euro payment (I have a 20% discount code for my community). And you would only need to upgrade airtable if you're doing more than 100 social posts per month from the platform. However there are ways around that too which i can show. I purposely build on as many free plans as I can because I know thats what people want. Hope this helps.
@MitchAsser OK, that's great! Indeed of help! These tools are great, almost magical... But I find that 40$/month to put captions in videos is nonsensical! This is more cost than the LLM models and Make together for a tiny fraction of the value. IMHO, these and a database (Airtable, but maybe GSheet?) are the only ones that are truly needed. I'm very much looking forward to next week monumental drop!
Given they're earning commissions from these saas recommendations, I wish these content producers would include disclaimers in their content and / descriptions. There are some guys out there who do a good job of this with full transparency so we know if we use their links, they take a commission.
as a content consumer. this stuff worries me. How long before the internet just becomes like 90% ai regurgitated slop? You already see it on TikTok and Twitter and im sure other sites that i dont regularly visit. Whos responsibility is it to prevent that?
I actually somewhat agree with you. This is why I created this system to repurpose good quality content. Not create ai content from scratch because that’s where most people get lazy and it sucks. All workflows I create mimic exactly what I used to do manually. Can’t say the same for others unfortunately, most people look for shortcuts. However the market determines the quality. Soulless AI posts will disappear soon but those using it strategically will stand out.
Hey Mitch, awesome template for a no brainer price, will buy for sure! Quick heads up regarding 2 potential bugs on your sales page: Above the description of the modules it says "Let your visitor know how many modules there are and what each one is about.", which I assume is a leftover from a template and should probably not be there anymore 😉And in the FAQs, the dropdowns from all the questions dont open (at least for me they dont).
Weird. I replicated it in Firefox. Was ok on Chrome. The FAQs should work now. I cant replicate the other one though. We have a new website coming in a week or two anyway. Thanks
Yeh considered that. Also considered Placid app but honestly I still prefer canva and bulk uploads. An add on for this is coming soon. We are just testing what we prefer the most

Glad you enjoyed it. I think Clickup would need a modified version. For example the rollup function seems to be slightly different. Not sure how interlinked records would work either. So it's possible there is a way but it requires a custom build. The alternate way is to use the free airtable account, and then add extra automations to create your clickup tasks based on airtable completions. Eventually I'm going to build this out for myself as the team grows, but won't be for a few months most likely. And then happy to add those templates too. I do have a min 6-month consulting program + build time which could be used for this. More info on my website (video to be added soon). Some of them yes. Others not sure. Not sure about the social media posts for example. That flow is a bit more advanced and requires the use of an iterator.

Yes we have that in the latest option. And a new upgrade coming within a week or so to make it even easier. However with the API we’ve not found it better than gpt4o so far.

Sometimes I use the RUclips native transcript. But typically I use the transcript from Descript. Which is what we use for video editing.

Good question. We still use free airtable. Pro make account. And only what we need for the AI tools. So maybe $30-50 a month depending on usage
The way I look at it is it replaces one or two VAs so we are saving $2-3k per month
