😔😂 I am a shopping addict and product junkie. I just hopped on the curly hair bandwagon during the pandemic. Anyway, whenever a curly influencer would hype up a product, I would pick it up. I went thru a foam stage. I have NUMEROUS ones. Out of curiosity, I tested their consistently for being watery vs more solid. The most runny and watery one I have is the Camille Rose Spiked Honey Mousse; it kinda puddled around in my palm like your Miche did. The Alikay Natural Lemongrass Styling Mousse, (which I would consider a foam) made a perfect little puff. It was the most solid. I consider a mousse to be in a metal aerosol can; a foam is in a plastic bottle with a pump. I had pump problems even with foams that I had used before 🙄 like my Innersense foam. I got it to work after a few tries; it was kinda watery, like the Miche and Camille Rose. One I liked for a while that has a good little puff is TGIN Honey Whip Hydrating Mousse. there’s a wide range of consistency from what I see. Sorry for the long comment 😉
@@PreppyFay12 I haven't tried it for twist out yet but I would imagine it would be good. It has nice hold. I got about 4 days with a wash n go in the heat and humidity.
I used this mousse last night, Saturday. It’s Super Bowl Sunday. I used it with the Lavish Leave in. My hair is really soft and has lots of definition. Today it is a little frizzy mostly in the front but it still looks good. Because I want it to last all week I’m going to add some gel tonight. Maybe JelloShot since my hair is soft. FYI: my bottle did not pump out foam either, it was runny but I think that’s how it is supposed to look. Your hair came out nice.
I wanted to get this mousse during Black Friday so bad 😮💨 but I don’t need anymore products. I’ll keep this in mind and see what I can try from my stash! But your results looked good to me 😍
I love my 4C curls in a wash & go, but I hate the single strand knots & overall tangles that occur afterwards. Thank you for the update on the pump/consistency.
You might want to look into Black girl curls/See some curls library. A lot of 4c naturals and RUclipsrs have been doing the no raw oils and butters and exclusively wear their hair in wash and gos without getting excessive single strand knots and tangles. I'm certain that with the right technique and products that won't be as much of an issue anymore.
OMG, your hair is gorgeous!! I love the shine and definition. I have a bottle of Mielle Curl Defining Mousse and the pump is the same way where it almost seems like you have to cup the mousse to keep it from rolling all down the sides. Can’t wait to see how many days it last you!
I liked the way the wash and go turned out! I would like to try these products for myself. How long did the style last? It is good to know there are options for a softer hold wash and go. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! I washed on day 4 because it started to look dull. I usually wash on day 4 though, so that's not unusual. Thanks for tuning in. BTW, I plan on trying out the DE shampoo soon.
@@NaturalRaeRae Oh, that is great news! You are gonna love the shampoo. The moisturizing lotion works well under a hard holding gel to keep the hair moisturized for several days.
Your results turned out great. I want to try that leave-in spray. I think the next time I use that mousse I will try using it with a gel. I had the same problem with that pump. Great video.
Thanks for sharing! You may try the mousse from Bask and Bloom. It’s thick and you don’t need a lot. I pair their mouse with the more moisture cream and you’re good for a week! 2 weeks for finger coils.
I like the results!! Imma mousse girl myself and I'm loving the The Doux mousse, it gives EVERYTHING-definition, moisture and hold; it's a one and done too...have you tried it?
@@NaturalRaeRae no seriously that's why I sit and wait until people who I like to watch on RUclips used to products cuz then it's kind of like me getting a sense of what to expect if I do pick it up. Currently I'm using the mielle pomegranate mousse would be interesting to see what you think about that. I also have the doux mousse and I'm not really impressed I'm not repurchasing 😭.
Hmm mine isn't watery though the pump is hard to use. I used mine in conjunction with the Bounce cream and I LOVE IT. Its my go to twistout combo of the moment. It gives me a moisturized and defined have for 5 days easily.. I can do 2 weeks with a twistout easily and I refresh with that leave in.
@@avasd59 Yes Ma'am. I love mousse def. I keep at least 2 bottles in my stash at all times. The slip is amazing. I've done my wash n gos with mousse def all winter.
I did that at the beginning of the video. It didn't help. It actually hurt it; after talking to Miche, they said to just hold the bottle straight up and down, which I did and it was better, but still runny. It's just a thinner type mousse, but the hold is great. Thanks for tuning in.
For just a mousse, it’s bomb!!
Thanks, SheRea!

No problem, thanks for sharing your thoughts and for tuning in.
Thanks for sharing that was a great review
I LOVE the Miche foam. I put it over curly magic and get a beautiful wash n go that lasts.
Gotta try that, I have both.
Ooh nice to know. I may try that; thanks for sharing.
How did it look and feel for a twist-out? How long did it last you?
@@PreppyFay12 I haven't tried it for twist out yet but I would imagine it would be good. It has nice hold. I got about 4 days with a wash n go in the heat and humidity.
I ordered only one just to see and I have used it three times! I like it! will grab another next sale!
Fantastic!

Beautiful hair results Rae! I have used all of Miche's Bounce Curl products except this mousse. Looks like I have to place another order to Miche. 💙 💙

Thank you.
I love the shape of your hair! Beautiful results!

Same here

Ooo, love this video! I've been thinking of trying a mousse again and I just might after seeing your great results.
Glad you liked it.
I’ve never tried a mousse only wash and go but now I’m interested in trying it
Let me know how you like it.
Love, love, love Miche products! I have the mousse but I haven't tried it yet!
It's pretty good. Let me know how you like it when you try it. Thanks for watching.
Needed this review…looking to purchase as well! Great review…great results for sure…💕

I just ordered me a bunch of Miche products, hopefully it won't take for ever to get. Your hair looked great😍
Thank you
This combination was A-1!! Your Hair is Gorgeous. ♥️
Thank you!!
also did you get the replacement pump by now?
Luv your hair Rae🥰💙☀️.. I have both products and used for a twist out which came out nice 🥰

As always your hair turned out beautiful!
Thank you so much!!

Oi sou brasileira, como posso compra esse produto, pofavo só falo português 😅
Most mousse do not need a leave-in or oils. You just shampoo, condition and then use the mousse. I have you tried it that way?
No, I haven't tried it that way.
Have you tried it without a leave in to see if you like the hold better?
No, I rarely use anything without some sort of leave-in. I may give that a try later. Thanks for tuning in.
Try shaking the bottle and see if the mousse comes out more fluffy instead of so runny…

My pump was defective or something, it was not pumping out foam
It's a thinner consistency foam, but it works wonders.
I think you have to shake that mouse before...
