    Jen,
A great episode. I'm starting to use this skill more and more in my parenting approach, and now my marriage. What a blessing it's been!
    Thanks for introducing it!
    You do awesome work.

You're so welcome! It really is a game-changer when we can see behavior as an expression of a need, and address *that* instead of trying to change the behavior...

Trying to learn this for our family and our 14-year-old.

Wow, this was great. Thank you so much for going into the details with him and asking all your questions about the research!

What if the child does not have a way to clearly articulate their needs? What do you do as a parent in collaboration for plan B?

Do I understand correctly, that if my child has a hard time in transitions in school, we would tackle on transition at a time. Like a.from outside to inside b.from the classroom to the gym c. from the desk to the carpet...we tackle on at a time?

You are completely destroying an entire generation of children, Dr. Greene. You should be ashamed of yourself. We can see the results of your theories in action and it is not pretty. I feel bad for the children being raised this way and never learning to take any accountability for their actions.
