Did you know there is an old cemetery right off turn 1 at Lincoln Park Speedway? Anyway, I just couldn't resist the High Limit Sprint Car Series season finale at Lincoln Park where "Yung Money" Kyle Larson edged Rico Abreu for the High Limit championship by just 7 points. Interviews include Larson, Rico's crew chief Ricky Warner, Waco, High Limit Co-Founder Brad Sweet, Texas's Chase Randall and his dad...and Van Gurley, Jr., who makes his return to sprint car racing after a 21-year hiatus. only time will tell, hes already hall of fame worthy for the races he has won I reckon, lets just hope nothing happens he races a lot and injuries can happen almost any time out on the track, now if he can win indy more then once I think its legit to put him up there with the early ledgends of openwheel racing. wonder what will happen next year I am egerly anticipating the schedual next year for the indiana tracks and series, and hope maybe to see at least one silver crown race at terre haute they say they want racing to continue but its been of fumes for the last few years as they cant seem to keep promoters at the action track and its the last dirt half in indiana.
would love to see more winged dirt racing in the north half of indiana, would love to see outlaws at circle city though its prob not up to their par dispite being a really new track just 3 years old.
shame about devils bowl closing after all hope he does well chase randal, would love a few pleasent surprises in the off season instead of the usual disappointment.
