Cooking Oil - ½ cup
Slices Onion - 1 medium Sized
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Yogurt - ¾ cup
Green Cardamom - 5
Cloves - 5
Meetha Attar - 3 to 4 drops
Green Cardamom - 10 grams
Mace - 10 grams
Nutmeg - ½ piece
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
Water - ½ cup
Milk - 1cup
Kewra Water - 1 tbsp
Rosewater - 1 tbsp
Meetha Attar - 3 to 4 drops
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Basmati Rice - 1 kg
Green Cardamom - 6 to 7
Cloves - 6 to 7
Bay Leaf - 1
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
