MOTU M4 - plugging in electric guitar

I have a mixer soundcraft notepad 12 fx mixer. Can I plug the out put of the mixer to the input 3 and 4 of motu m4 and plug 2 mics in input 1 and 2 of the motu m4 to record 4 mics together in the daw?

Yes you can !! I have a Motu M4 and I have connected the output of my Presonus 16.0.2 mixer to input 3 and 4 of the M4.
