[BROKEN IN 1.15 UPDATE]: GT7: Breaking the Dodge SRT Tomahawk X VGT (600pp)

A quick video on how to tune the Dodge SRT Tomahawk X VGT to be able to use it in 600pp races on Gran Turismo 7. Useful in particular for grinding money on Tokyo Expressway in the World Touring Car 600 for an easy 550k (825k with Clean Race bonus) in under 20 minutes.

Still works, it might seem like the only trick here is the transmission but it was the 80/90 ride height that finally did it for me. Also for the wet Tokyo 600 race, make sure to use manual transmission and just do the whole thing in 7th gear. Mind the hairpin, slam down aero in tunnel for 550+ speed, boom, done, clean race.
edit: oh well, 1.15 came and this is gone, was fun while it lasted.

I haven't tried this setup yet but one I got from somewhere else is causing massive shakes from left to right in my DD Pro wheel when going above 270mph on the Tokyo straight. It was not like this before the update. Could it be from the update or is this setup smooth? If so, I might switch to this one for tonight. Please let me know,
I actually just switched to this setup and it is 200 less horsepower and 200 less torque from the setup I was using. My DD Pro wheel is much smoother now on the straights. I ran my fastest race on Tokyo with this setup by 7 seconds.
They increased the force feedback on the last update. My DD Pro never shook that bad at high speed. I stopped using my DD Pro to Tomahawk Tokyo, and just use the controller. I noticed quite a few of the Group 1 cars have that wobble at speeds above 200 MPH.

It worked for me, i did it in the garage and i also made a new sheet and followed it exact and it worked when i measured
I was struggling too, but it was the body height adjustment I needed to fix. Got it going now though.

It’s like the gear ratios don’t change the pp anymore, which is actually a good thing cuz you can make the cappuccino go a little faster w/ the ratios set right and it doesn’t take you over 450

Pit stop with hard tires or not?
If on full power pit lap 9-10 for fuel. Try using lean fuel for the laps where you are overtaking and you can probably make the full distance. Tyres will be fine.
yes pitstop after first lap i tried it out and starting this race with any tires other than intermediate is very bad, racing or medium should be used after half the race when it´s dried up more

@@jonathanamavisca3669 I figured it out from a different post. You have to set it from mph to kph in the menu on the top left of the screen before you start adjusting stuff.
