I feel him on not always wanting to play the bad kid. When you play a role well unfortunately Hollywood wants to typecast the actors especially black actors to a point where they depict the same character in every single film. I've heard alot of actors speak on this when they try to experiment in other roles.

i honestly agree with him. As you get older you're tired of playing this "certain character" because of how people will portray you on tv to real life. And your time will wind down where you say to yourself "I'm done with this! I seriously quit!" while both the world and the new generation is changing. Your best life will always be happy when you're not under the spotlight while being famous and being forced under the industry.

He is right it is tough to transition to adult roles. Some have done it ----Mowry sisters, Marlk Paul Gossleat, Raven Symone. Malcolm Jamal Warner, Keshia Knight Pulliam. Natalie Portman
But the majority don't. And short stature does put you out of the running. You have to blend with he leading ladies and other actors.
He's handsome, and a good actor, but realistically, his roles will be limited. He's not a little kid anymore, and it is hard to picture him playing the dad role, etc.
Emanuel Lewis, had that same issue. He is handsome as an adult, good actor, but, you don't see him much.
I would love to see him in his own series, plating an age appropriate role.
