The University of Texas Medical School at Houston will host a preview event at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14 to celebrate the completion of its new $80.5-million research facility. The facility, which totals 200,673 gross square-feet, marks the school’s first expansion in three decades and represents its final recovery from 2001’s Tropical Storm Allison.
