This is an excellent video! Thank you so much Mike! My fluff percentage is more like 80-90 % of the time. I only get it right maybe 2 out of 10 tries. Sofar.
Hi Mike, thanks for the video and the recommendation of the camouflage tent. But only after watching and understanding the manufacturer's video (the easy way), I manage to fold the camouflage tent without any failed attempts. I think it is important to understand that the folding/bending is done symmetrically. When bending the sides, the tip of the tent should stay above the centre of the base. I almost despaired of your method.
I live in much hotter climes, where such a plastic hide would quickly turn into a sauna even in winter. I'm going to build a contraption from PVC pipes and joints, and camo nets - just to provide cover at the front, and open from above and behind. It will be messy as hell, but I hope it will work after the docks forget seeing me assemble it.
Hi Mike, my Buteo one man hide has just arrived. Set it up in the garden and got my best images of a robin, that I’ve had, they ignore the hide completely. I also bought the Sloan table stool, which is very robust Anne comes with a strong table top, had a cushion and you have a substantial seat, cost £15 from a Millets, check it out.
I saw your video and bought it. Tried using it for ducks and water foul, had it set before sun rise, once birds were awake, they never came close. I can't really set it and leave it there until they get used to it, as it will end up stolen or vandalised. Any tips?
Wildlife photography is not easy. I fail most times. 9 out of 10 times things do not work out. Hide should be against something if possible such as a bush. With waterfowl it depends upon the species, whether there is shooting in the area, if they are used to people. Many factors come into it.
Thank you sir, thank you very much. I have bought this hide. I love it but I did not have any idea how to put it back into the bag. I wrote to the producer in Niderlands but they ignored me completely. Thanks to your film I know how to do it know. All the best K😃😍
Hi Mike, thank you for this video. Tell me could I get the bottom dimensions W & L. Also half way up what be the W & L. Reason I ask is that I do bird photography from a 4 X 4 wheel drive Wheelchair "extreem X8" and I was wondering if this would fit right over me sitting in the wheelchair. Thank you
Thank you so much! Now I can finally fold this tent! Your technique is by far the easiest for me and does not require so much strength as others.
Glad it helped!

Sorry to hear it was not helpful. I never fail first time every time.
Thanks Mike for the tutorial. Without your video i would never have closed it.
Excellent video! informative and to the point. Thanks very much.
Excellen. A friend recommended your channel and it's great. Is there any particular colour for the hide in british countryside...I see they do a few.
Not really. Makes no difference to the wildlife. You just need to hide the human shape. I use the colour in the film.
Your getting very good at the animation/text and editing on the se videos Mike.

@@MikeLaneFRPS thanks! Do you see more success with bag hides instead??
@@manosskg No and sitting under a bag hide is far less comfy.
