    Recipe №1 and ingredients:
    00:10 Lightly toast 100 g almonds and 50 g oat flakes until lightly golden. Puree with a hand blender.
    1:15 Soak 70 g dates in boiling water for 3 minutes, peel and remove the seeds.
    1:54 Add the dates to the oat flakes and puree thoroughly with a hand blender. The mixture should be smooth. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.
    2:36 Divide the oatmeal mixture for the dessert into 4 parts with a knife. And place in the bottom of any cake pan. So that some of the mass rises up the sides.

    1 medium washed carrot (180 g).
    100 g thick oat flakes
    2 eggs
    Yoghurt 80ml
    Baking powder 1 teaspoon
    Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
    50 g black sultanas
    Wholemeal flour 50 g
    Olive oil 30 ml
    (And if you have a sweet tooth, then add 30-50 ml of date or Jerusalem artichoke syrup to the recipe👌)
