The cruelty at the end was unnecessary and excessive, especially when it was supposed to be a crowd pleaser. Did they consider how painful it was to be burnt alive?
@@canman5060 The question is simple. Should the audience feel good seeing someone burnt alive on screen even though that character was evil and deserved punishment? Obviously I don't feel good about it, or I would not have mentioned it.

見到以前彌敦道真係好得意 仲見到傳說中的普慶戲院❤😂
大冬瓜很久沒有看都是一部諷刺及警世的電影。片中李青分別此片另借新娘及銀紙萬歲扮傻仔很神似。另鳳凰女在早期演奸妃，壞女人至正印花旦外她也有惹笑的一面。記得年過五十的她在70年代中至後期曾主持各位觀眾鳳凰女小姐，女人妙到極及師姐出馬均發揮搞笑本色。另她在89年曾主持深夜節目女姐女姐我問你，當中她除接聽電話安慰聽眾外，她還以風趣幽默手法說她從藝的艱苦奮鬥經過很有鼓勵及啟發。印象最深刻是她演潘金蓮在死前對封建禮教作出控訴一段話。
Not all 傻仔 are equal. His acting in 大冬瓜 and 銀紙萬歲 were rather superficial, while his acting in 借新娘and 大雷雨 were much more complex.
