i hope you realize, anime takes several years to make, Chain saw main has an exceptionally high level of animation quality. They cant just shit these shows out immediately. Otherwise we could all go back to the days of filler episodes then your favorite anime will never go away and you can have subpar animation.

Do you know how long it takes to make an animated film? A normal animated film takes two years at the earliest. But a beautifully animated film like Chainsaw Man takes three years at the earliest.
