I LIKE your style !!! You explain as you go along and technique is half the battle in how recipes turn out. You can have all the right ingredients but if you don't follow technique it may still taste good but the texture will be off. does anyone know.....i normally use tomato sauce n simmer the sauce min 5.5 hrs or mine comes out watery.....if i use marinara sauce do i need to simmer less,same or more?

I know there is a school of thought on every single method of preparing food so I recommend you take what you like in a recipe & adjust it to your liking & life style thank you !!
