Thank you for this video! I searched Google based on a number on the slides included in a cabinet that looks exactly like the one in your video (but different size). Anyway, there were 4 stupid illustrations and NO instructions for building the entire cabinet (flat box). It is a Compass (CMI) cabinet (TMG - DB15(3)). VERY nice cabinet - solid or laminate birch everything and heavy with dovetail construction. I love these slides with the slow close. This video saved me a LOT of time. Thanks!
I love the one page instructions that come with cabinets have a couple pictures and at bottom of the one page says “ your vanity cabinet is complete “ lol!!

My camden coffee cabinets from RTA store mention NONE of this in the directions. the directions show some sort of other style of mounting rails. i think the directions are not for soft close doors or somehting. I had to look this up to figure it out. I think you guys should start providing updated instructions in the boxes! I can scan what was in the box. its nothing like this at all! thank god i found this video.

Most cabinet lines have both undermount and side mount versions. If you can take a picture of what you are looking at, I can try to point you in the right direction.
Anyone having issue with the drawer slide guide pin at the back not going all the way into the back of the drawer hole. I've tried with two sets of the BOKE guides and latch and they just don't close all the way. Even just testing with drawer upside down and getting rail to go all the way forward with pin in the hole doesn't work. They are off by about a 1/4".
Instructions need to be more than pictures! And specific to the cabinet/brackets purchased. Had to look thru many videos to try to get the information needed.
We are trying to update our kitchen a little. The drawers & cabinets are fine. The drawers runners underneath (bottom mounted) are broken & worn out. We can't find anything to just replace them with. All the new cabinet drawers are side mounted which need a wider drawer opening. We don't wanna have to cut all the opening wider. Then the old drawer facing won't cover the openings. Then we'll have to make new drawer facing which is a pain cuz we have to do it to 5 drawers >_< Any suggestions?
why do none of your products include instructions?? Many of them I can figure out on my own but I had to come here to figure out the hinges. I will probably be back again because I have a lazy susan to build. BTW: make stronger screws on your clamps. they keep snapping on me.

BigKahuna FSU 21" for standard kitchen base cabs, 18" for typical bathroom vanities. Always 3" less deep than the cabinet itself. DTC is the best brand of this style glide.
I have basically the same glide but mine do not use the latch at the front of the drawer. Instead mine has a little post that sticks up and fits into a matching hole in the bottom of the side of the drawer side. I have installed several of these drawers but one will not work as I close the drawer and get to the point where the soft close is supposed to grab it, about 4" out, the drawer is hitting some thing and will not close any further. I looked at everything and I can't figure out what it's hitting that is preventing the drawer from going in all the way. Any ideas? Thanks

Unfortunately it sounds like Dan didnt buy his cabinets from RTA Cabinet Store. Had he, all of the holes would be pre-drilled square and level so all you need to do is install the brackets into the pre-drilled holes.
RTA Cabinet Store funny bacause I ordered from you and have had the same experience. The predrilled holes only match the cheap brackets that come with the cabinets. And I certainly do not receive a link to the install video when I upgraded to drawer slides... Also, I left a voicemail three weeks ago to your company and it was never returned. Don't blame some other company.
Chris Bailey It's easy but tedious to install the upgrades without proper pre-drilled holes. You just gotta move it around a few times and pay attention to the level and spacing.
Finally got my drawers back on track after watching how the bottom drawer mounts click in place. Thanks!
