I STARTED CRYING...this game has been such a big part of my life ever since its launch, this genuinely moved me to tears.

@@squandilefingernut3974 you're not a hater it's a perfectly natural opinion! Without context it does seem like an overreaction, I have just been playing this game since launch and it helped me find people I consider family now :)) I am also a bit too enthusiastic about the art I connect with
@@squandilefingernut3974to add on as well, for me personally, at my darkest moments which i'm not going to describe, this game has calmed me down immensely, and made me forget about most of my problems for some time. also, for a lighter reason, because you have to work so hard in this game to get to places, move forward in the storyline and get characters, it can be very fulfilling and this game is a part of most of its players lives for this reason.
I definitely cried a little as Yoimiya fell through the sky watching the meteors with gleeful wonder while Scaramouche asked "Just what has this world done for you to protect it with such zest and conviction?"
I love how it touches upon each major quest in the game so far, but still manages not to be overloaded. It focuses on the major themes of each region and the overarching themes of the game beautifully, truly a great trailer.
I swear if genshin was a movie and this was the official trailer I would be lowkey so excited ITS A MASTERPIECE👌👌

This was so professionally done to the point where I would believe you if you told me this was an official trailer. Also, this must have taken a lot of work and time for the dialogue, so thank you for taking that time to make this gift for us Genshin players!!

This is so good! You did great with extracting the most important themes from each chapter of the main story and from the major side stories as well. It couldn't be easy with the story already being like what? 50h? I love this
just read the description and i agree with you - there are a lot of spoilers (that admittedly don't make much sense without context). i think this trailer is definitely meant for players who have already experienced everything and understand the storyline, as opposed to new / prospective players (watchers?) who would benefit more from a more defined (but not as content-exposed) outline of the teyvat storyline. regardless, this is still really well done!
