  • In this video I laser cut a custom 12v control panel for all of the circuits throughout the van. The panel has 6 switches for the lights, diesel heater, water pump, 12v sockets, gas solenoid and water level gauge. I also talk about the reality of owning a laser cutter if this is something you might be interested in getting yourself.

Deionised (rainwater) or Distilled water, should be free of any dissolved solids, such as the crap we often accumulate in our drinking water supply ( although ours is pretty decent).
Calcium carbonate caused browning and limescale formation. I suppose thats why pure H20 is the best solution. Interesting stuff !

@@TurnersWorkshop97 If its your first time in mainland Europe in the van France is a perfect place to explore, to many places to name all but my favourites are along the Loire, Rocamadour, Carcassonne it should be a bit cooler by then this summer it was like an oven

Marvellous work!:) Grreat to see the care put into the van. Recent sub and watched and thouroughly enjoy the approach :) I’m on with a 190 1999 banana ex patient bus …it’s a kombi but I’m insured as a modified van ( no seats in it now) ..and wanted to ask if you knew how the mot man will regard the tyres age. It is to be campervan but do I mot it first? Very gutting if my 4 Michelin with 10mm on are too old! They are all over 10 yrs old but mint as had them to one side until ready. Anyhow thanks for the videos these take real effort !,

Thank you mate 😊 nice van! with regards to tyres, as long as they have at least 1.6mm tread depth and no tears or bulges and aren’t really perished then should be fine. It’s down to the discretion of the tester. Good luck mate and thanks for watching the videos 🙏😁
