did you need to add any coals? curious about making ribs on this

I didn't add any coals but they were pretty much done after 3 hrs and the temp was getting pretty low. I've done them twice and didn't have to add any. I love this little grill. Perfect for camping and feeding 2-3 maybe 4 people.

I can't even cook s burger on this. Food is way too close to the fire.

I have found the trick is to have two zones - sear for a bit on the hot coal side then move to the offset non-coal side and use it like an oven. I just made chicken things and the best pork chops the past couple days. It’s tricky. But I got it for camping so I need the small size.

2 zones. Just like he said. You can easily fit around 4 regular burgers at a time with half the grill setup with coals, or 6 if you do 3/4ths. It's a great grill, use mine multiple times a week.
