    There's an additional bonus to be active on social media. I KNOW that a couple of my experienced, high end listing realtors include me as part of their listing presentations for these multi million dollar homes here by saying along the lines of "and when (not if) you list with me you home with be shot by Tom blah blah and they provide links to my SM sites and portfolio pages. All three realtors, operating in different areas here are not great on SM so use me to reinforce their listing proposals.

    Good tips and "food for thought" as they say. I've watched a lot of your videos and have several of your books, and I think it is time to get your Interiors Bundle. I had a couple of your tips on my list also for building on in 2024. I really want to hone my shooting process and editing to be more efficient and give me back time to expand my marketing in the next year!

    Hi Nathan. Have you ever tried flambient for portrait photography indoor?))) Like wedding or fashion?

    • @NathanCoolPhoto
      @NathanCoolPhoto  6 месяцев назад +1

      Since subjects would be moving, flambient would not be my recommendation. Instead, using a light meter, meter the light properly to get the balance of desired ambient light to flashed light and then shoot/flash accordingly.

    Hey Nathan,
    As photographers we lose an opportunity to get ourselves more widely known as the agents, buyers, potential vendors don’t know who shot that amazing job that caught their eye. Can we get away with a small logo on our images? I get great repeat business and quality referrals etc but apart from that we as real estate photography professionals are basically’ The Unknown Artists’
    Look forward to your thoughts from Australia 🇦🇺‘down under’

      No logos. Not allowed on most listing services anyways. Best way to get known is to create such good work that, when a listing you photographed is seen by other agents, they ask the listing agent "Who does your photos?" BOOM! Free advertisement. My marketing budget is $0 from leveraging just that 😀 It's one of the things I talk about in www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07FB47JRT
