I've heard stories, and even seen videos on RUclips, where in so many instances, New York apartments would be a studio for 2,500 monthly, and one case even had basically a literal closet for around 2,000 monthly. I can actually put the link to that video with the closet apartment. So the fact you saw a whole building with so many amenities in NYC, that's amazing.
