Where Is My Avocado Toast ?

We've added a new addition to the Kimbo...new capabilities. In this video we show the work flow using the new Air Fryer/Toaster Oven we got for the Kimbo.
At the time I filmed this winter was set in and I found cooking outside was not always a great option. So although I hadn't initially planned on ever having a small toaster oven in the Kimbo I felt it was worth trying out. I've had experience living with a small toaster oven and hot plate as my "kitchen" in a tiny studio apartment I lived in for a few years in Ojai, CA and I also had one in the Off Grid Expedition trailer when I sold it (with the toaster oven included) so I knew from my past how useful they can be.
So I found my Avocado Toast ...and it's in the Kimbo!
