One thing that must be corrected, is the first pet you recommended to grind for in the throne room. It is HIGHLY recommended to go for malakai first instead of oblivion for the sole reason of getting soul gems because for a beginner, It is a pain to get soul gems, and malakai will make everything a lot easier while rewarding the player with occasional contracts as well. Plus, all those pets need soul gems to be able to even obtain, and with malakai giving out soul gems often, the player will be able to obtain the other pets far faster than going for other pets first. (Of course, Infernal fiend is always the second one you farm for, and then as for the third pet, Oblivion if your lacking on totems, but if your wanting more tainted gems from essences of nulgath with some extra vouchers to the side, dread fiend for the third. its personal preference for whichever you may need since the player already farmed the two most important pets) Hope this helps.
The Totem of Nulgath quest from the oblivion pet doesnt only drop from mandible but also from every nulgath related mobs. Having all the quest pets is super handy because majority of the quests from the pets drops from regular nulgath mobs. Thats why farming in the chamber of suffering or sorrows with a full party is highly recommended
Honestly I skipped the entire nulgath grind since the first phoenix blade... I don't mind a grind but this one I just thought I'll wait for the next story area
The only pet I bought was the Hanzo pet because it has 2 nulgath gem quests. The nulgath servants are enough that just farming ruins of solice for a few hours I can get everything except nulgath gems maxed out. 13 diamonds, 100 dark crystal shards, plus extra contracts by having 2 in inventory plus having all of the quests ready to turn in as well. You can keep 3 different quests for contracts ready to turn in when you need them. And I just run a full party in ruins of solice. The only thing is I never got Craig pet so I have to leave solice and go to bamboozle but with a party I can jump right back to them in solice. But I've gotten everything maxed out within 4 hours running a party in solice.
Here is an idea, you tell me how stupid it is: 1) Increase the drop rate for all Nulgath items to the same percentage given by the pets. 2) Charge DCs for all the pets but instead of increasing the drop rate they just give the quest convenience for those who don't want to travel back and forth. 3) Add a hotkey bar for the pets equipped in order to remove the bloating of switching pets constantly, plus in that hotkey a pet that has a complete quest has a "!" marker so you know which pet requires attention. Also that hotkey bar should be switched on or off at the settings menu (and mapped to the keyboard too). 4) Revamp the UI, let the players mark the quest they are interested in so they always appear either in a separate window or as a sticky on top of the list. 5) Revamp the quest naming, add the item reward to the title for ease of localization. There, everyone has a better time farming the insane amount of different items required for this saga, those who want to do it faster can buy the pets for the quest convenience without having EXTRA bonuses in drop rate over the rest of the population, nor those who want to avoid administrating six different pets feel cheated by a system that pushes them into micro managing more stuff just to have a similar experience from all the areas that came before Nulgath itself. - Neeshka
I think for the pets the first one to get is either infernal or dread because with the essence you get from them and if you turn them into tainted gems the amount of tainted gems you will get is insane because the essence quests drop really fast and then you should get malakai because for me i have too much tainted gems now the only way to make use of them is to make them into dark crystal and then diamonds and i think you should actually get oblivion last cause the other stuff is more useful for people starting the farm
Doing the Skew contract method got me low on tainted gems after a while. Overall, even with all the pets (except Crag, because collection chests are expensive), I am not having a *ball.*
For my own experience when i got the dread and infernal pets the tainted gems weren’t a problem anymore because the essence drop was insane and i turn them into the gems

@@AimVid I cannot say the same. They dropped much less frequently for me when my tainted gems pile got low.
"It can be a little irritating having to switch between pets constantly, but you do kind of get used to it." Honestly, I still find this irritating. Swapping between all those pets is balls: it just ruins my flow when I'm farming groups of mobs. :(
Tbh I don't think I'll grind this out. Got the forge equipment, still missing forge weapon but I don't want grind this anymore. Cool saga, I'll wait till next BiS stuff is easier to get.
@ lol only 2 3 hours enough .....dev making a pet quest now....just get it...n easy farm no need to farm 4 5 hours...1 day 2 hours enough if u dont hve time
I have a steady job that work start in the morning 8am to night 7pm, I grind nulgath slowly and I mean I'm a mediocre and doing farm gently, I started focus on nulgath on 1 January and now I have achieved some of it 😊, even if I have free time at work I still farm, but not that long 😅
every grind in this game is easy. the only thing that varies is how boring they are. tedium does not equal difficulty. nulgath grinds are the most boring grinds in the game.
Side notes for all of your viewers. All of the farm pets that are purchasable for DC are located right with oblivion inside of the archfiend artifact shop so you don't have to go all over the Oversoul to go buy pets Oblivion is located either in the throne room or battleon Town bridge. Also once you acquire all of the servants, the most efficient farming method would be to grab a party and instead of heading to the crips of misery to fight mandible, you would head to the crypt of suffering and start going to town on all of the mobs in the main room. Keep up the good content sir👍🫡
If you're trying to get dark crystal shards and you have the nulgath larvae pet (and craig, although craig is not strictly necessary) mandible farming is better. For everything else I agree, chamber of suffering is a great place to farm.
@@WoodRabbitTaoist is Malachi for contracts in infernal for tainted gems and skew for tainted deal and you will get 15 dark crystal shards for every turn in
@@WoodRabbitTaoist if you use Malachi four contracts, the infernal fiend for tainted gems and have skew handy, you can make dark crystal shards way faster than killing mandible
@@OnyxJ23 that's a good point. I forgot about malachi. His drop rate has been kind of low in my experience though. Is it a decent contract drop rate in the chamber of suffering? Also do Craig's quests work there?

I am not sure about the second one.
Thanks for this. Just finished the nulgath saga now its time to grind.
Chamber of suffering best farm 🗿 with all servants makes the job ez and always are players there

i got some big balls farming this alone
What level do you need to be to go to nulgath? Not sure I know...?
Hi, what nulgath Weapon should i get first? Im lvl 44 and still questing for nulgath saga
Most people go for the phoenix blade of nulgath first.
I am having a ball. Thank you for sharing. Very helpful, keep the ball rolling 🫡🥳😎
They made the Nulgath farm way to easy everybody already has all the end game items I got them in like couple days
Malakai's contract farm is unparalleled im sorry but youre wrong about that
Yea, my newest vid posted the correction. Totem is for later farming so malakai would be best for first choice.
No lunar year event??
Not yet
i saw you in game but you dissappear..so fast..i think you aremaking video about the servant pet
Oh sorry. Might've been making vid.
Step 1: buy the pet...
Thx but no thanks, guess I'm gonna go play something else now
Actually, you DON'T need pet. I was farming with 2 people today who didn't own any of the dc pets.
Ball....?
New February ? No new Event 😂 .
