How do you keep the girls hair so healthy, glowing, and long? I find that when I do hairstyles on a daily basis, my ends tend to break a lot more than usual.
***** My hair tends to get damaged whenever I do hairstyles, that's why I've stopped doing them! All the McKnight girls have beautiful and long hair even though they have there hair up everyday, I'm so jealous!

While all of my friends moms did their hair, my mom didnt know how to do the hair stuff so my dad did it instead XD. He knew how to braid hair because his mom made him braid her hair lol. Now he just watches these videos with me!

The one thing that has worked really well for me is putting my hair in a bun with spin pins instead of hair ties! They work really well and pull on my hair much much less so I find that I can go longer without getting a headache when I've got a spin pin bun. Try it out, I hope it helps!
