Personally, I like the game, I like that i could unlock near anything in the game through the typical grind - I'm fine with that. The shaders and cosmetics, i'm a little sad about but the general amount of microtransactions available is a real turn off to me and does tip me more into "Okay, maybe i'm in the wrong by playing this game because someone smarter than me has designed a system to siphon money from me so maybe it's best I stop playing". I didn't leave a review because Steam doesn't have a mixed review button and that sucks.
Ye Basically how I feel. I think if the game took out some of the paid bits and timed stuff I would of kept playing. Thanks for watching and the comment! 😊
Destiny and The First Descendant are two completely different games, anyone that tries to compare them or say they're the same is silly. The First Descendant is 80% a Warframe clone so that's where any comparison should be. As someone with 400 hours in Warframe I can say I am enjoying The First Descendant more and I can see it keeping some Warframe players. But unless they massively improve the mtx systems in the game The First Descendant won't keep a lot of Warframe players.
Have to agree with you there. The mtx system kills it for me. Went back and played Warframe some more in preparation for this video and I had forgotten how satisfying the speed of that game was!
I love the comments from some warframe fans that love to say warframe has more content... like no way your telling me a game that came out in 2013 has more content then a Two week old game 😮 so shocked lol
Not gonna sugarcoat it, if it wasn't handle by Nexon then it would definitely have a chance but the second i saw the Nexon sticker of shame i knew the game was "dead on arrival". Nexon has made some absolutely F2P bangers gameplay wise but ruin them with absolutely horrid microtransactions (please don't give me the "D2 has them too" because outside of expansions its literally all cosmetics) and P2W models that will make even the richest whale cry. If I've learned anything from the many games that are made by MMO/Gacha Devs is that these games typically have a short or very limited lifespan and is low on their priority when they have other cash cows. Just look at "The Finals" which is another game made by Nexon, no one even talks about that game anymore.
