This is my first saltwater tank after many years having freshwater aquariums and i am having so much fun with it that I am already planning a bigger tank build. I love your pico looks amazing.
Hi, I have 24 gallon aquatop tank, did a 5 gallon water change a few days ago and my water has been cloudy ever since. This is not a new tank, it's been set up for almost 8 months now. Thank you! So crocea are rock borer clams so they are similar to maximas in terms or placement and par. My tank is only 16 inches tall, maybe only 14 inches of actual water level and the lights sit about 9 inches up. I haven’t par tested the twinstar although the spectrum is spot on. As for gorgs for newbies, the grubes gorgonian is a good go too and grows quick. I would stay away from any of the brightly colored polyps on gorgonians like whites and blues. Usually those are non photosynthetic. The photosynthetic gorgonians can have a variety of base colors but the poylps are pretty much always brown for the zooxanthellae.
