This was so fun! I used to go to Movie Park and Phantasialand as a kid and still go to Phantasialand regularly. Should really get back to Movie Park as well. Glad you enjoyed it! You missed out a bit by not watching the stunt show. Also the 'Wiener Art' joke killed me 😂

That's my childhood park. Got a season-ticket from my grandpa every year from 12-15 and spend most of my holidays inside the park during those years. Good memories :). Back then the Park was known as "Warner Bros. Movie Park". That's were the Universal vibes come from.
Guess i'm gonna give some input after watching a bit.
Everything in the park was based on actual movies from WB. That included most of the older roller-coasters like the bandit. Back in the day it was called "Wild Wild West" with Will Smith. That's why it has a Western Steampunk vibe.
And before that it was Traumlandpark
getting closer to my faves Europa Park & Phantasialand I cannot waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaait!
this brings back memories. As a kid like 20+ years ago I was very small for my age, so I could barely ride any rollercoaster. But in the bandit although I was like 5 centimeters short the employees always tilted the height control stick a little so I fitted the minimums. I absolutely loved the bandit and I would keep on riding it with my dad for the whole day straight. I still really like it to this day. Yes maybe it's a little bumpy but I havn't found a single wooden coaster that's better yet. The one in heide park basically gives you a concussion, same goes for one that I rode at idk 16 years of age at cedar point. I still prefer this one also because it is so gentle.
Movie park isn't really the greatest park to visit but therfore wait times aren't as long and the star trek ride really is awesome. I sometimes still go there for a day like once every 2 years.
For some reason, maybe because I'm pretty small, the slc just had my head shaking against the restrains that seemed to already have cussions for this. It was so bad, I couldn't really see where we were going and I was just waiting for it to end xD
And the silence on bandit was telling :D

Your Food was what we have called Zigeunerschnitzel (Gypsy Schnitzel and the Sauce is with Bell Peppers and Onions. I can recoment to try "Pilzrahmschnitzel"the next time you are in Germany, where the Sauce are a cream based Sauce with Champions. Schnitzel is maybe the cute wort of "schnitt", what mean "cut") before it was changed in Pusta Schnitzel or similar, because it was now to rassism and the other was Gratin, overbaked Potato Slices with a cream based Sauce and Leek.
The Sign was not a no filming Sign, it is again a Information about Security Cameras.
Usual you can see it on the Icon Colors, if something is forbidden, it is a red Sign, blue is just an Information.
I am so happy that you are at Movie Park Germany, they have one of my favorite coasters Star Trek. Its so sick and i actually really enjoy bandit, even though everyone says its bad

Such fun videos! Can't wait for Toverland. Tip: best wear shoes that stabilize your heels and ankles. Otherwise your achilles tendon and other tissue gets overloaded and might get inflamed. (speaking from experience)
Thanks for the tips! I was able to purchase some new more supportive shoes once we got to Europa Park and that helped reduce my foot pain :)

Fun fact:
Right next to Movie Park Germany is a smaller kids park called "Schloss Beck" ( Castle Beck ) where I worked as a student for 3 seasons.
And about a few weeks before I left the job forever, I found out that employees from there
GET FREE ENTRANCE TO MOVIE PARK WHENEVER THEY WANT !!!!!!!!!
I did not believe that, went over one day and sure enough, I got in without pay ! After that I went there so often, sometimes just for an hour or two.
On some days where it was too hot or the weather was bad, the small park sent some of us home early and we'd just go over and have an awesome afternoon for free !!!
I was so mad that I didn't know about that earier !

After that I also worked at Movie Park for a summer. It wasn't as fun or relaxed as the other but the pay was better ( cause I was 18+ then ).
One day it was so hot that the park was basically completely empty and I was stationed at MP Express.and the older guys and I were taking turns just riding the empty trains and when I was on it and I was gliding slowly through that last curve back into the station, the freaking park manager along with some other men and the vice president (or some very high executive) of the group that bought the park walked below me and we locked eyes !!!
My heart sank so hard and me and the others all went " Oh Crap ! " but nothing ever came from it. Never was I so relieved to get off work than that day...

Oh my God, I met you at energy Landia and you are literally the nicest person ever and I have to say to Star Trek the roller coaster you were on ,there was one of the seats (I don’t know what it’s called )that was broken and when it was my and my brothers turn to Ride the broken one was functioning and we had to go on it and I was with my brother in the first two seats and the cushion you can hold was like I don’t know eaten

You need to go to movie world on the gold coast in Australia movie park and movie world are sisters and movie world is soo good. only disclaimer its in Australia and its very far for lots of people.

i actually worked at bandit. The is the chiropractor of rollercoaster, shes one bumby MF. xD Im still surprised that this thing is still running. I experienced things working there where i would´ve tore it down years ago.
Considering its only the number 6 park in Germany in my opnion its still a pretty nice park.

I'm not impressed by the theming of the German parks, it looks like they plopped down the attractions and then tried to built around it. It looks empty and soulless. I've always wanted to go to Moviepark Germany but not anymore, I'll stick to the Efteling.
You should watch my Hansa Park, Heide Park, Europa Park, and especially Phantasialand vlogs! These German parks are AMAZING! Movie Park Germany was certainly the lowest ranking park for us on this trip

I don’t like the Park ! 54€ for this small T-shaped Park with such slow loading operations is far too expensive. I spend a day in 2022 and couldn’t ride all the interesting rides because of a lot of downtimes and slow operations ! I haven’t eaten anything the whole day because of the queues at the food-stalls and restaurants either! And “Bandit” is a Ball-crusher…!

10:37 After my dry summer day ride on Bandit I was sick for half an hour because my balls got wrecked ! The badest Woody I’ve ever ridden !
20:39 The SLC I drove 5x in a row -the only “bang” is the transition into the helix. I witnessed a train blocked in the break run for over 1 1/2 hours, guests evacuated after 60 minutes cooked in the summer sun (104 F) !
22:19 Van Helsing is fun but had 1 hour downtime when I was in the station already- after queuing for 1 hour…
23:57 The “Studio Tour” used to have a barrel roll out of the building, I don’t know why they changed that…
