We do have railway systems between major cities it’s just the entirety of the economy of America is reliant on oil and diesel fuel. And if we used trains it would cut back on the amount of money the government would get so it has been lobbied to only use trains to transport goods instead of people. it's a shitty system all around and I know you're probably never going to see this but I am autistic and this is my special interest so sorry.
A small problem with the whole no-soul theory: No arrangement of matter can render something unique or unrepeatable. So this means there is nothing that makes anything about people or any other living thing valuable. So in theory, Philza is repeatable.
