    Very many thanks for an excellent video David. A really good variation of sit to stand exercises, some of which I've never seen before, especially the bottom pumps, perfect. All much appreciated.
    PS. I couldn't find the video that I reached out to you on about my exacerbation, I was thinking perhaps something might come through to my inbox, but never mind.
    I had the most awful cough which went on for over a week and left with the most terrible stomach pains which I still have.
    Our little great granddaughter developed an awful chesty cough and the next day when her mum took her to the Dr he diagnosed her with bronchitis! Do you think this could have also affected me as we had all been in the same room?
    The exacerbation was far far worse than any I've had before.
