Before I get busy with the upcoming Kjerag bangers, I made my annual year-end mix. This year it's 8 boss battle theme tracks from Mansfield Break to Near Light. Boss names that are not yet in the Global version are just file names or simple translations from CN, so it may be different when those events are released in the Global version.

I think Essence of evolution is underated and the boss is unique to the max. Theres something about the track that makes you legit scared of the evolution of the boss

" The Bishop of Sal Viento, and the unofficial collab between Bloodborne and Arknights. This once kind priest have now morphed into this abomination of tentacles and sea monsters, thus revealing his true color. He will slowly overload your sanity, impairing it in the process, and brutalize you with a myriad of abilities. But this boss is considered weak due to its lacking DEF and RES, which makes him easy fodder for hard-hitting units like Surtr or SilverAsh."

It’s only been a few months since I started playing (during Mansfield), but I feel a sense of nostalgia listening to Jakiller again. Thanks for the Boss Mix!
Ooh we started playing at about the same time (I joined just before Mansfield Break). Could still remember how our dear Jesselton kicked my ass and being confused that everyone considered him super easy when I was struggling so much. Just how fast time flies it was a really amazing few months with Arknights

@@leonidesbabanto1585 Jesselton certainly isn't *weak,* he just doesn't rely on mechanics as much as other bosses do (the "unshackle all prisoners when gauge break" part is tricky though), making him a mindless firepower machine of sorts.
Jesselton is one of my favourite if not the favourite. Dude was such a great villain. He such a douche till the end.

damn dude. what a years its been for Arknights. we all suffered at the hands of cc4, a bunch of god tier events, my personal favourites is the who is real event. Crazy good story, pictures and art and characters. collab with R6 gave exu a competitor and we learnt more about kalstit in her walk in the dust event and most pog, we got actual kaltsit and skalter.. FUcking hell, i hope every year is as good as this was, with crazy banging events and i hope you continue supporting arknights through their amazing soundtracks. Heres to a hopefully happier new year for 2022 and another great year for arknights and its community

By far, i still love emperor's blade design and theme the most. He's just so cool and terrifying at the same time, hope to see him more in later story

Some bosses are terrifying if they one shot you or use their special skills to weaken your operators but luckily the grind never stops until you're the one bullying them; also their boss music and character design are so cool...

I think Mandra is supposed to be Mandrake... at least that's what R34 and Danbooru lists her as.
That said, yes yes yes! This is exactly what I've been waiting for! This is exactly what I wanted, a follow up boss mix!
God I love Pancho's theme so damn much, I'm so hyped to play his event despite all the drama and controversy surrounding the event.
Also, would love a redo of the original 2 boss mixes matching this new style of animation/BG.

So, we got a twisted assassin, the creation of an introverted god, a mutant slug-spitting ball, a radical war criminal, a mutant ocean cultist, a boomer, a bratty rebel extremist, and one actually cool warrior guy.
All of these songs are really great, but Quintus’s theme is my favorite. Gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it.

Knowing the Emperor’s blades are the Ursus dominion, i still want them to be playable. They are just too cool. Like they are literally made of Lovecraftian abominations and they are Russian

@@thanoof it's not certain at this point, Ursus had a lot of great scientists and some of the powerful relics of the past, like Sarcophagus. Pretty sure that the process of creating Emperor Blade is some sort of occult ancient ritual. But ancient doesn't always means less effective. I'll bet my money on the Empguard rather than someone like Jeston or Saria, even though they are probably the toughest guys in Columbia - Guards are one man legion.
@@DemonerLycan And yet there's the incident revealed by Kal'tsit in A Walk in the Dust, a battle where lots of Royal Guards died, just goes to show that Ursus is already unfathomable alone, yet Terra at large is even more so, not including beyond the borders of civilization where it's all uncharted and untamed.
Can't wait for the 2022 version of this series.

Riverv is just a fan that makes mixes... you should ask Hypergryph or Monster Siren Records for this. But as i know, you can freely use most of the in-game music w/o problems
