Good that you posted your experience with one of those family members. Actually people are not aware of the depth of spiritual life and it's various states thus they co-relate them with their individual, personal or social(their kind of) perspective and way of living. Samaadhi is the final state in spirituality and in that blissful state of ultimate stillness ,the sense-organs and body don't respond to any changes happening outside, outside means not even state, city, street, home but also the self-body which the soul witnesses. Read advaita-Vedanta like ashtavakra Gita first and you will recognize that they were highly spiritual people, not insane or sick or cult-practitioners or physically-attached.Their were many saints who preached their disciples in silence without a word spoken .Far from our general awareness, Their are many unknown ashrams and caves where yogis and sadhaks and saints take the body, live and drop the body and nobody comes to know about that, so there's nothing strange if anybody lived not as we lived, there is nothing strange if anyone passed away as we don't consider it normal. Yes but that's strange when someone cheats or kills somebody for money or lust or greed or caste, that's strange when someone burries or burns their family members dead body according to religious rituals but never cared so much about them till they were living, that's strange when someone eats a dead but cooked animal calling it a fresh meal when vegetables are available everyday everywhere around them

I believe that a lot of the bizarre things about this case is due to the lack of socialization that they had when they were kids. Having healthy interactions with peers is very important for a lot of reasons. Can't fathom imagining the mental state of parthodev throughout the time he lived with his dead sister in that house :(

i was in 7th standard when this case happened. i still remember this. "don't they get bad smell while living with dead body?" that's the usual kid question used to haunt me whole the day :'( but yeah on a serious note that time Mental Illness was out of my understanding but now i can feel how he had gone through those days! May God bless his Soul.
Yes we heard this case a long time back, we used to pass by this house but never imagined it would turn into a house of horrors… you have finally covered this case , much love from kolkata
This feels nostalgic. Watching this case all over Tv news channels , local newspapers while I was in 8th std , being from Kolkata myself , to finally watching this case get covered by Shrinkhal .
I'm from Kolkata. Thank you..finally somebody made this video. I remember I was in school when this incident happened. So in school, we were instructed to read newspapers since it is a good habit and also improves our spoken english. Frankly, I used to read it in an irregular fashion but when this incident happened, I used to regularly read newspapers, especially The telegraph which is a newspaper here in Kolkata. Even my whole family used to see the news about this incident in TV and carefully followed the story. It was the most shocking case in the city in recent times till date.
@anandmishra-wl3ks Sorry par pura din youtube mein lage rehne ki time aur opportunity nahi rehti hai mere paas. Ekka dokka channels hi dekh paati hoon. Par iska matlab ye nahi ke aur log jinhone banaya hai unke kaam ko phukh maar ke ignore karti hoon. Mujhe bas pata nahi hota hai. Jo pata hota hai, jo dekhti hoon wo appreciate karti hoon.
My father was one of the police investigating this case... I came to know about this story though my father, the details was horrible. Even in this time, when I thought about it I get goosebumps... Also their relationship with their parents were problematic, their mother was very controlling since their childhood. And after their mother died, their father was not very close with them. And, debjani locked herself in her room with her dogs to do religious fasting, but after some days her dogs died. Then after few months she also died out of fasting. And the paper that police founded in their house, those were used for communication with debjani. Her father used to slipped those papers under the door just to talk to her.
We all Kolkata people remember this guys. Horrified me to the core😭. Worst part is I had heard the sister had previously kept their mom's body like that too 🫣
Yaa , I am bengali I remember it that when I was a kid , and this news was everywhere in news channel . I was so curious about this news that time so much
I’m 24M, from a Bengali upper middle class family of Kolkata. People especially Bengali parents are heavily judgemental and critical about almost every other person, hence even I have never been able to get frank with our neighbours as everybody weirdly hates socialising. Mental health crisis is rampant especially in the posh housing societies of Kolkata, and with the excessive immigration of the Bengali youth, this trend will only increase. Bengali culture has become very snobbish and closed-minded lately (it’s not casteist or misogynistic, rather extremely classist).
Yrrrrrrrrrrrrr literally mene ye case cllg time m suna thaa itna thrill aaya tha ki mai so nhi paayi thi ab shrinkhal sir ye story sunane jaaa rhe ( I am getting goosebumps without even watching this vdo) 💀💀
Some more points to know how blindly religious and spiritual they were:- 1. Aurobindo believed that a person never dies, only the body dies, and the soul is immortal. 2. Aurobindo and his kids shared the same belief, and they DID NOT ATTEND THEIR OWN MOTHER'S FUNERAL. This wasn't new for them, but it was unusual because Aarti was the root of that family, and they loved her too much. Aarti Dey was very strict, and she didn't allow her kids to live a normal life like every child deserves. Because of isolation from the outside world, the kids got close to each other and Partho specifically was dependent on his sister and mother. He also acquired feminine personality which troubled his mother (Aarti) and (allegedly) Aarti used to send maid to Partho's room to make him feel sexually aroused. Also, Partho after everything, when he was finally leading a normal life, he used to get threats because of the amount of property he owned. Allegedly, it is believed that Partho was suffering through depression and anxiety because of how people called him "monster" and a threat to the society. It's very sad and disheartening that their home is now called a "horror house". Whenever I visit that area i get this weird feeling idk. A human brain is so mysterious, think of all things it can make you do.
The way Shrinkhal presented this infront of us, is truly amazing. I'm not good with words but after watching this the whole story looked alive. i don't know if it makes sense but watching this feels surreal. Amazing Representation. Never regret watching his videos.
I’m learning so much from these true crime documentaries.I will take care of my children the best way possible with all the love and affection with good morals of course.
24:08 I remember when the news used to say Partho De used to have physical relation with his sister, from something they found from his diaries. Those allegations were really bizzare.
i really want to become a member but my mom would never allow 😭😭 she hates it when i see or read anything related to crime but i love ittttt!!!!!! Ur my literal fav channel i open youtube to see if u have posted anything new. Thank you so muchhhh
I'm from Tamuk, city near Kolkata. Even though I was very young at that time, I remember this case clearly. My parents and people around me were horrified after learning it even though they didn't know the whole story. Thank you for covering this case. ❤
I feel bad for him he was not a bad person he just wanted to stay with the person he loves since he didn't have anyone else at that time and since I know how it's feel to lose someone you love the most trust the most it's just sad..
I am so glad you talked about this case. I was quite young when this happened and the news channels were flooding with random information that showed him to be incest and stuff like that. Honestly, I felt bad for him. In school, people used his name as a joke or as a slang when in reality he genuinely loved his family a lot. Being from Kolkata, during this investigation, everyone kept asking me how far this place was from my house. I am glad that you showed him as what he truly was instead of what the media portrayed him to be. I felt bad for him when he passed away eventually but for some reason that part never got enough media coverage at least in Kolkata. Thanks for this. I always wanted a proper detailed case study on this case.
I'm from Kolkata I know him personally he is my neighbour when I was 11-12 years old.. He is really a inocent person and I bet he is not a murderer.. Rest in peace Partho Uncle ❤️🩹

25:17 Hearing this I just remembered your last year's video where you said the same and that made me feel nostalgic🍃 And about this story I want to say heartbroken 💔 mantle awareness should be aware in our society!!!
Hi, I'm from West Bengal. I remember when I was in class 10 or 11, this news was huge. At that time I didn't have any smart phone or anything to search about this case. For the news sources the newspaper was the only medium. And I remember this case really moved me and used to read about it everyday from every newspaper paper possible. Then I used to share every little detail with my friends. The there was something missing. But now with this video, I got all the clarity.
Hey Shrinkal .. firstly i am your greatest fan . The way you express the story giving your 💯 appreciate that and also the fact on the another account you have a way different personality and you manage both of this Shrinkal so effortlessly i really like you for this ... Thanks for making such scariest stories interesting and giving us much knowledge... Take care !!
They were posh old money people in Kolkata. They studied in abroad, her sister Debjani was a foreign musician. They were ultra rich Bengali family. One thing about Bengali rich family, they consider others with less money inferior. So they do not talk or socialize with common people. Mostly, such high family housewives or daughters become depressed.
actually from personal experience I feel even Maharashtra culture is better than Bengalis as a Bengali from Assam what I feel. They look down upon others so easily and get jealous too quickly.
Dear shrinkhal I please request you to cover this case that I am recommending you it is the case of Lacey Flaetcher (The Couch Death case) It is very interesting case please cover. it's my request to you. your way of narrating is just awesome. i have never encountered anyone or any channel on you tube(until now) that even matches the level of narration as yours. it's really so interesting to listen to you about the crimes. love you bro ❤
I was really small when this case took place and i remember the news reporter comparing this incident with a Hollywood movie "PSYCHO" I was so scared when they showed the dead body .
People should understand the importance of mental health especially in india as we have large population and we can do so much for it spread positive side of psychology
Not socially detached but as a person who consider only my mom and brother as my best friends… and who can’t imagine life without them two… idk exactly how I’m feeling but I’m not feeling good at all… this wasn’t scary at all to me, it just feel sad. Like a nightmare, or LITERALLY a nightmare, to lose close loved ones.

Great work brother.... You explain the cases in so much details and with the psychologies behind it and that is too much appreciated.... Your videos takes me to another universe to think how much human psychology is different for each persona...... All the vest for you future
WOAH, the most heartbreaking case i might've ever heard. Umm, the upbringing of a child by their parents does matter, so does the environment of home in shaping the personality of a child, a child who grows in a toxic household often tries to avoid social interactions and isolates themselves and ends up becoming mentally ill or depressed. ALSO, parents who expect their children to act or behave in a certain manner disregarding their feelings and do not let them live their life can also have profound impact on their children. So it's true that how parents raise their children truly matters.
I was in 5th grade when I first heard about this case, and it was absolutely crazy! Just a few days ago, I was thinking about this case while watching one of your videos, and now I found a video on it here. Thank you! ❤
I was very young when I heard this case. All the news were covering this case. This shit rlly rlly scared me. I used to watch the news all day. In school also everyone discussed about this. I could never believe this at that very young age. It really gave sleepless nights to me as I couldn't accept it. 😂 Sometimes I pass by the house, (the porsh place is in park Street) I always take a moment n look at the house, it really reminds me of how sacred I was when I was young. Thank u for covering it ❤.
This illness happened to him because of his mother's behaviour ( i feel) she was supposed to make his child socialising atleast till a point it was safe They all became bizzare because of the absence of one member And more bizarre because of another

@@warlord5488 no, not all are treatable, many mental illnesses are still not discovered
i was in 7th standard when this case happened. i still remember this. "don't they get bad smell while living with dead body?" that's the usual kid question used to haunt me whole the day :'(
but yeah on a serious note that time Mental Illness was out of my understanding but now i can feel how he had gone through those days! May God bless his Soul.

@BANGTAN_X_DEFENDER lol yes, finally an army too 🤌🏻
This feels nostalgic. Watching this case all over Tv news channels , local newspapers while I was in 8th std , being from Kolkata myself , to finally watching this case get covered by Shrinkhal .
Nostalgic is the wrong word for this horrific incident
Tamiz sikhao iss ladki ko koi
The word nostalgic is absolutely wrong. Nostalgic is used for a peaceful happy childhood or old memory.

Do you know any details that is not mentioned in the video and is crucial?
@deveshahire8248 yeah, but I can't tell that to you, because it's very disturbing... sorry, I hope you'll understand...
We all Kolkata people remember this guys. Horrified me to the core😭. Worst part is I had heard the sister had previously kept their mom's body like that too 🫣
Yaa , I am bengali I remember it that when I was a kid , and this news was everywhere in news channel . I was so curious about this news that time so much
You're the best at explaining ❤
9:34 I believe sunlight is the one of the most important thing for positiveness
Some more points to know how blindly religious and spiritual they were:-

Thanks for Real Crime Documentary Series Shrinkhal❤
I'm from Kolkata
I know him personally he is my neighbour when I was 11-12 years old.. He is really a inocent person and I bet he is not a murderer..

I watch all your videos, every case and your sound quality is good. 👍
Eagerly waiting for your new video and it's finally hereee❤
Hey Shrinkal .. firstly i am your greatest fan . The way you express the story giving your 💯 appreciate that and also the fact on the another account you have a way different personality and you manage both of this Shrinkal so effortlessly i really like you for this ... Thanks for making such scariest stories interesting and giving us much knowledge... Take care !!
Finally after requesting, you covered this story. Thank you 🥺
They were posh old money people in Kolkata. They studied in abroad, her sister Debjani was a foreign musician. They were ultra rich Bengali family.
One thing about Bengali rich family, they consider others with less money inferior. So they do not talk or socialize with common people. Mostly, such high family housewives or daughters become depressed.
They can socialize with their class may be neighbourhood.
actually from personal experience I feel even Maharashtra culture is better than Bengalis as a Bengali from Assam what I feel. They look down upon others so easily and get jealous too quickly.
Never want to be born to a Bengali mom again

Who is to blame in this case?
My opinion: Partho's and Debjani's mother, for keeping them so isolated from the society.

This case happened long time ago in our city but still gives me chills.
It's more sad than creepy
WOAH, the most heartbreaking case i might've ever heard. Umm, the upbringing of a child by their parents does matter, so does the environment of home in shaping the personality of a child, a child who grows in a toxic household often tries to avoid social interactions and isolates themselves and ends up becoming mentally ill or depressed. ALSO, parents who expect their children to act or behave in a certain manner disregarding their feelings and do not let them live their life can also have profound impact on their children. So it's true that how parents raise their children truly matters.
Achhhaa betee
Padhai nhi krni 🥰🥰🥰

And more bizarre because of another
