This is the third i like the most simple 2 floor house and i like it very much,❤❤❤🌟 but i like it when there are 3 bedroom, 1 gaming room and one for maybe private room or gym..but still i recommend this is the third beautiful one 10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🖒

Hmm... I wonder me why you didn't rather with the bath at kitchen with the laundry room switch? For wath I do need an bathroom next to kitchen - max a toilet and the washmachine in that room would be more reasonable. Because I don't have leave the house (especially in dirty weather), the dushing before or after the visit of the pool you cold even out door make it (where the laundry room is).

Hi TH, great work u made! How about design for my lot dim. 13,48 x 60 m? Object can't be wither than 8m, should have 4 m.b., garage x 2, boyler room with warehouse for wood or pellet, gym, pool 5x10m, kitchen, outside kitchen, utility room, kitchen storage, office, inside garden, guest room with t&b and because i have dissability i need elevator (if plan of house is with more than 1 lvl). Thx in front!

Hi could you make a plan for 2 semidetached 3 or 4 bed storey to fit ona 15m ×24m lot (Road side is 15m) . So each house can be about 7m × 15m . Thanks a lot

Are you sure??? A fully closed and hidden front door (not very welcoming), no place to secure your speed pedelec, no place to keep anything anyway, neighbours looking into your livingroom thanks to the open stairways, stupid carport for a car that can survive without, bathroom 1 only accessible via diningroom... laundry room from back terrace???
