Since it’s all glass do you think I would be able to soak the glass part in alcohol and basically have a forever cart I’m able to fill again and again???
The best hardware. I literally have 4 new dispos around me. Got an 80$ haze brand cured live resin cart i can confirm its the same thing i get for 40$ but the difference was they used a TERRIBLE basic hardware cart, while for 40$ i can just go get one of these! And ive NEVER had an issue unless you count this breaking in my pocket after say lifting at work or something and not thinking about the fact the glass cart doesnt have as much bendability as say your plastic vape many use thats trash but works i guess haha. Nothing beats your guys hardware tho, ccell who?

If it helps anyone, heat the empty cart as well as the syringe when filling. Just throw in a ziplock and drop in some 170-180 degree water for 5 minutes. Get setup while you wait because you will want to work fast. Take the cart out and set it up right. Get your syringe, and key point here on the all glass carts, do NOT push the syringe needle into the gap between the center channel and the outside cart wall. You will break that center glass column. Just get it to the edge inside and start to fill slow and steady. If you don't heat the cart, the distillate will just cool against the cart and overflow -- which trashes the cart. Went through two before I sorted this out.
Great advice! You can also heat the syringe with a lighter to thin out your oil. Some customers also like the crimp the tip of their needle so they are able to get it down further into the tank for filling!
Hey do these only leak when there is oil in the center post from overflow? We saw these at another facility and liked them allot. We liked that they were able to fill so many and cap later. They said they prime them self after a day or two at room temps. What will cause the center post to fill with oil?
Typically if you experience oil in the center post of these devices, it comes from overfilling. Once you pull the plug out to cap the device, excess oil will get into your center post. If you follow our filling SOP you should not see this issue!

Yes, that is one of our applicators that was used to fill the tanks in the video. I will say its much easier if you get a tip for it however, you are able to remove the luer lock and fill with the glass tip. If you decide to go this route, I have found its easier to fill if the oil is slightly warmer than your standard fill.
Are these reuseable or not? I want to buy like a dozen of them for myself but only if they are reuseable..
I see comments made in the past about having receiving self-locking atomizer versions? Like, the atomizer glues itself to the bottom of the glass cart.
I love this idea because it helps me escape single-use plastic/disposable waste and the stupid $5-10 tax per cartridge, but I'd only but them if they're reuseable.

i cant get these to hit . . . did my dispo not prime correctly? and does it only hit/light up for 2 seconds normally ? i pull, light comes on for 2 seconds then turns off. no blinking.

Can you refill O2 disposable? I have aeriz syringe with a weird tip and doesn't seem to be possible to get it done without spilling oil thru center hole.

Although these devices are intended as a one time fill, you are able to refill them. Most syringes have a luer lock where you can put a smaller tip on it allowing you to fill easier. Our hardware also comes with a silicone plug that goes into the center post upon filling so that you dont get any oil in it!
So the blue silicon peice on the atomizer forsure stays on ? I was confused i thought younwere supposed to tale that off
DO NOT take off the silicone around the atomizer, you will not have a good experience going that route!
I’m having the same issue as one of the other viewers. I filled my cart and when I went to unscrew the bottom to fill it again it was stuck like it’s super glued. I’ve tried everything even heating it up and using pliers. Please help
Have you refilled that cartridge in the past? It's quite possible you received a locking version. Once the base is screwed onto the cart, it can not be removed again.
How do we know if we got a locking version or not?
How do I know when my 02 glass disposable is done charging? It’s glowing solid blue on the charger
The battery will light up blue when charging and then when its fully charged, the light will turn off!
I’m a noob I order the same vape but didn’t get any oil because it said it’s disposable I thought that ment it was ready to go and I throw it away when it runs out. Now I gotta figure out how to buy the oil I need for it lol
Unfortunately we only sell empty hardware. In order to fill that disposable you will want to go to your local dispensary and try to buy a filled dart or applicator!

How the hell do I unscrew these ffs I've done everything to unscrew it and it won't come off
Are you referring to unscrewing it off your battery? If that is the case, it sounds like you may have had some residual oil on your battery's contact plate which will adhere the cartridge and battery together.

Most of the time when you have a clog in the glass hardware it stems from overfilling. Once you pull the plug after filling, the extra oil will start to get into your center post before you can the device.
The other scenario we see often is when people leave the products in their car during the summer. With the temperatures getting so hot, it changes the viscosity of the oil (thins it out) which can lead to the device leaking.
Got it already filled from a local dispensary. IN HOUSE branded. Fine print says Traveler Extreme manufactured by O2Vape. I assume that’s you. It’s been in air conditioned house. I’ve always had clogs with every brand including yours. I’ve tried ALL the tips to prevent. None work. Unclog with paper clip. Draw. Immediately clogs again. I’m moving on to gummies. This is not fun.
@@stevekershaw7994 One additional tip I can recommend is when using a disposable vape pen, make sure you take slow and steady draws. If you inhale too hard, you can pull too much oil through the atomizer and it can lead to your center post becoming clogged.
@@O2VAPE Thats what I do. Still clogs. They all clog. Every single one. I’ve followed every tip. Every single one clogs. Vapes just don’t work for me. Gummies are easier. Vapes are work not fun.
