Might I recommend creating a corner house with two entrances/exits on each side instead of just one entrance/exit in the middle? That way piggies don't corner each other.
Thank you so much for this video. We are getting ready to start looking for some pigs. My childhood piggy was the joy of our family for about 8 years. We have great specialty vets at our hospital and our house is animal centered. Any chance you can do a video on traveling/flying with a pig? We might just need to come to L.A. soon! ;)
Saskia,*IMPORTANT The gel pain relief pen your using is only hemp SEED oil! It's NOT the same as CBD oil!! It's nothing more than an oil like coconut or Olive oil! I've done extensive research on this because we have a cat who suffers from Feline Hyperesthesia and I had to have something that worked. I've tried 3 different brands of hemp seeds oil and couldn't understand why it wasn't working. Of course at first I blamed the brand and would switch. THEN through rescues I found that it's not the same as CBD That it does nothing basically. IDK if you've ever smoked marijuana but it's the difference in smoking seeds or the potent buds of the plant. The seeds won't get you high at all and only give you a headache. CBD is made from the buds and leaves of the plant and acts the same. It may seem it's calming your piggies down but PLEASE don't use it for pain relief 🥺 They will still be in pain other than just a tad sleepy!! I learned the hard way and don't want your piggies to needlessly suffer!! I recommend CBDMD.COM Best value! They only make it for people, cats, dogs and horses but they all have the SAME ingredients. @Sakura Piggy Awww, poor babies :,( Pet stores don't care about the poor animals that they sell. I wish that they could change the way they treat the animals or stop selling them or get sue. It's sad to see those poor piggies struggling on those pet stores without the care that you know that they need

I was laughing so hard when you were oiling up Percy's tummy because he looked like a chicken you were rubbing oil on. Naked little 🐔 🐖 He really LOVED that cheek massage, one of my girls likes that too. I used to wonder why they were called "skinny" pigs also, but it refers to them being skinned instead of furred. I don't have skinny pigs but I know from watching Abby's videos (skinnypigs1) that you should file their nails after clipping them so they don't scratch themselves. Percy is gorgeous!!
@@BobSheepbob yeah, I think that's what comes to most people's mind, but it prefers to them being skinned and not furred. But they do look a little skinnier than the average pig but that's just an illusion because they don't have the fluffy fur
Thank you so much for this. My daughter brought a skinny home as her first guinea pig and I have been researching non stop. Needless to say her 1 baby has now turned to 3 as I learned they needed friends. This new adventure started 2 months ago, so I appreciate and stalk yours and Scottys videos. Thank you for everything you guys do!!
If anybody was concerned about the wirefrom the heating pad could cut a slit in the chloroplast and run the pad under fleece through the plastic. Maybe it is a modification we can make
i do it that way. dont want to risk something. i also have small fleecepipipads as next layer on the heatingpads, which are easy to change. twice a day, because my piggies prefer to pee in the houses.

I always feel bad when I see a skinny pig. They're truly adorable but I would never purchase one just to avoid creating more demand for them in the pet trade. Percies back feet look rather sore, do they lack paw pads?
i’m glad to see this. We have rescue guinea pigs, rescue cats, chins, rabbits that is my 16 year olds favorite thing to care for pets. She had just lost her rabbit and her Dad took her to the store to get pet food and she saw her first skinny pig and brought it home even though we always get rescues but she never saw one and brought him home. We noticed all the things you noticed. Eats, poops, pees way more. They seem to prefer being held or being with guinea pigs to keep warm. None of the guinea pigs wanted to cuddle with Samson so we got another skinny pig Silas. They were best buddies and we were able to move them both to our big cage that has our males. They did great until Silas started getting bad looking feet. We were back and forth to the vet with him and had him doing good but they just poop and pee where they lay and it seems like Silas would get bunblefoot just after laying down for a bit. we changed over to fleece bedding and i managed to get him doing better with that but had to move him out of the regular cage and be by himself to try and keep him from getting more sores on those feet. i’m guessing they are prone to bumble foot since none of the other guinea pigs have had that problem. As soon as we took Silas out the boy pigs started fighting and we had to play guinea pig musical cages! (Wish I saw your channel BEFORE rescuing lots of boys that i didn’t realize don’t get along as well as girls!) and moving everyone into new places. He ended up having a prolapsed penis and dying. Within a week the other skinny pig seemed to just give up and after several trips to the vet he died laying with his Momma my Autistic 16 year old who is the guinea pig whisperer) They were only 3 years old! Our pets love long so i told her I think we should write to you and see if they really are harder to take care of. My Daughter is blaming herself. She keeps thinking she did something wrong and wasn’t a good Momma. I can’t wait for her to see this is know that they really are just harder to keep healthy even for you! We had two rescue pigs have babies since that happened but even with that she has her heart set on another skinny pig. Luckily, our area they are still rare here and we can’t find any. Wish we were close to you! My Daughter would be there everyday helping you and we would take that little sweetie! I can’t make myself tell her no because she is the rare teen who puts her pets first. She’s so committed that one day when she had the flu she threw up and the guinea pigs started squeaking like they do when they see her. She wiped off her mouth, washed her hands and got out veggies that she fed them all and then back to throwing up! She wants to be a vet tech but we aren’t sure if her special needs might keep her from that. I can’t wait for her to see this video. She’s been beating herself up every day since they both got sick that she wasn’t good enough Momma to keep them healthy. Thank you for this! You were reading my mind!
Not sure about piggies, but with rabbits, the breeds that have short fur lack the padding on the feet and are very prone to hutch sores or scald, depending on where they pee. I suspect these little guys have a similar problem since their feet have no fur at all.
My teacup Chihuahua is like that, really warm. She came from a series of abused homes, and the stress destroyed her hair. She has about as much hair as a skinny pig, but it's in little patches all over. She's not much bigger than a piggy, really. Our 3 boys are almost the same size as her lol. Side note: Percy and his cheeks!! Cuteness overload!
They are adorable, but like you mentioned, it's not really natural for guinea pigs to be that way. I feel bad for animals when humans distort their features just to fit what they find "cute." It's like what people have done to many dog breeds (especially the brachycephalic breeds) 😢
Skinny pigs need cleaning out EVERY day. They need a room temperature of 24 celcius. They also need more vet treatments. I have 31 regular piggies and love them.
Baldwin’s are different genetically. They are born with hair, and lose it over a few weeks or so. Skinny pigs are born hairless. Skinny pigs can have a little nose hair and foot hair. Hair on the body, they are werewolves, and their hair can come and go also. It is so important to keep them warm. They will eat more if they are cold to help maintain their higher metabolism, which keeps them warm. Great video..❄️🐾❄️
i have 2 skinny pigs that are about 6 months old... i love them... i would totally take Percy home in a minute if i didn’t live all the way in New York! 😕
I had a couple of skinny pigs over 20 years ago. Because I have allergies to many animals, I was told they’d make great pets. What I WASN’T told about the type of care they’d need…at the time, internet access and information wasn’t really available. I tried my best to care for these beautiful animals who were really sweet but one of them died at 3 years old the other at 5 years old; both had problems with their skin. I guess the skin problems became internal and I didn’t know of an exotic veterinarian. I felt really bad that I couldn’t provide what they needed and deserved because they were such sweet animals. Rest in peace Sunshine and Coco. Thanks for this informative video.
I definitely don’t want these guys in the pet trade anymore either. Same thing with scaleless bearded dragons. Scaleless bearded dragons are at risk for having their skin be torn open by rocks or branches in their enclosure.
A family friend had a bearded dragon (RuPaul!) when I was a teen. I wasn't aware they had a scaleless breed as well...I can't imagine why they would be purposely bred that way.
My sons skinny pig is so spoiled! He gets taken care of so well! He is potty trained! He is so smart! I love him so much! They are very intelligent creatures! They really are!
Thank you so much for all the work you and your team do for these piggies. I have three piggies now. My first baby passed away at 6. Now I have a girl who is 7. I also have two boys who are babies. Your channel has helped me to make the life of my piggies better. Thank you.
This video was very informative and I thank you for it, as I had no idea about skinny pigs!! Percy is so cute. :( I would adopt him if I felt like I could give him the love and attention and dedication he deserved. Hopefully I can rescue a pig another time. Also, just wanted to say that I had no idea about your rescue until today and seeing all that you do for so many critters amazes me. You’re a superhero to the animal world. 💗 Will be sending a donation your way soon.
I also noticed with our skinny boy is a little more sensitive/ talkative when you touch them. We live in WA or else I would come down there and see if Percy would be a good match for our skinny boy.
Thank you so much for making this video . I am a skinny pig momma and I love my little Harry. He is a lot of maintenance but is the sweetest little piggy ever. I have learned so much from you all and appreciate everything you guys do. I wish I can adopt them all. 😍🙌
From what I've heard, Saskia, you're right! They eat to help keep their temperature up and burning calories for warmth. I also heard that they call them "Skinny" pigs because their 'skin' is showing. Someone also told me the ones that have more fur on their heads they call they werewolves which is funny to me.
thank you for explaining this, and for showing the bath process. We got 2 skinny pigs this week, I've have Guinea pigs when I was growing up. So far it's been a great experience. my children really love them. my son was afraid to sleep alone in his room when his step brothers are gone, and little werewolf the 3rd (he's 5, and got to name her) has made such a difference in a very short time. I'm going to order the fleece and heating pad right away. I'm pretty crafty and I have made a flannel cubby for them to climb inside. I'm not a fan of the hide the cage came with, it doesn't hold any heat. thank you!
Percy is so adorable! My sweet little Fuzz who was also a skinny passed right before Christmas. He looked so much like him. We miss him greatly! I loved seeing Percy enjoying his face being rubbed! He is wonderful!!!
My skinny pig loves the fact that he is not a lab rat. And I am not the type of person that likes a comfort animal but this squeaking little thing keeps me laughing and lays in my lap and a blanket and it's just so happy... We get to be happy together... Sometimes when the government makes something, For medical necessity or something like an English bulldog which is an abomination.. Sometimes people have to step up and take care And responsible behavior of what they created..
Just rescued one that was surrendered to Petco; after her quarantine she’ll have company, some high quality coconut baths (she already got one), the fluffiest fleeces with cozies and low hammocks, and 20sq feet to roam around!
This is a brilliant and very informative video. I think all pet stores that sell them should make people watch it. And, the males neutered. I saw a couple for sale in a Petsmart store for $100. I didn’t know what they were. So sad. I live in Vancouver Canada and always adopt from rescues
guinea pigs do that 😂 pretty often too. They just reingest some things they pooped because like many herbivores their digestive system is not super efficient at getting all the nutrients from the food so they make it work non stop
I have 2 skinny pig boars and one I do a coconut bath once a month expect bum wipes once a week. My other one I have to do it once week or so because he gets dry. skin. Also I have to check their little nail everyday for breaks or length because they scratch so easily. I am so glad you did this video thanks 🤗
Hi Saskia Thank you so much for saving the guinea pigs and finding them good homes.I miss my three guinea pigs. I will be Adopting two guinea pigs. in PA where I live at a Rescue I love hearing all the guinea pigs squeaking. I miss hearing my little squeaker drinking out of her water bottle at night . By the way I like the green nail polish . I will be sending you some money next month.
I need to call my guinea pigs Doctor . The lady that works there fosters guinea pigs . I’m twenty minutes away from Pottstown PA I’m in northern chestier county
Great video Saskia! I agree with every bit of this video. Skinny pigs definitely poop more than normal! Haha. I have 4 skinny pigs, they’re a lot of work. Way more than I can ever imagine in guinea pigs! My skinny pigs have always been on fleece, they really need it. Much love Saskia!❤️☺️
I had two skinny pigs that lived 8 years no heating pad. yes lots of poop, But they were happy and adorable . i miss them terribly. . We used wood pellets for bedding and tummies were always healthy
I use a reptile heating pad under my cage for my skinnies with a thermostat to keep a consistent temperature. In the winter we have almost the whole floor of the cage heated (there are sections without heat so they have options!) but in the summer we just keep one end with a heat pad. It works great and there are no exposed cords. I’ve lost too many pairs of headphones to my pigs to take that chance!
Saskia, you and your assistant are AMAZING! You're such a great lady, you remind me of me, but you're more resilient, because I don't think I could stand seeing or having to treat extremely sick poorly cared for piggies! I only wish I could visit California, to adopt Percy, what a precious piggy! How sweet they are! I have 3 space houses, they're amazing, my next one is the purple top with the darker wood, it's gorgeous! What a down to earth lady you are, and I heard your story about meeting that guinea pig specialist on a train in Europe, so I guess God gifted you that way! You're SO funny, I actually look at my piggies poop and say the same thing! I'm super happy when I see perfect poop, and that was a perfect poop, lol! I guess you got to be a certain type of person to love and look after piggies the way you do, I have 6, so I also have alot of work keeping them fed, clean and happy! Going to go make a donation, I'm linked with Amazon as well, I buy alot from Amazon, and have you guys as my charity! Be well, love all you guys, best to you Saskia and Ursula!
Saskia please please do a video on long hair piggy grooming. I have a sheltie, sheba mini yak and 2 abby’s. Their fur is now out of control - I think all my piggies have adhd (lol) they do not stay still for me to groom them so I’ve given up hope. Not even their fav veggies can persuade them to behave. Please do a video on long haired piggy grooming but pick a piggy who’s more wriggly so I can see how you deal with it!!! Thank u so much hope u see this
the skinny on skinnies!!! I have my Jupi, who is my 2nd skinny (also have had 2 regular guys) and I don't find his extra care to be any more than extra bonding time for us. I did find between the 2 with hair VS. the 2 hairless, the hairless seemed to very much bond with me more than other piggies. Both of my skinnies have been VERY bonded to me, tho having mates. I can't speak to females, as i have only had boars. But Jupi travelled with me from San Diego to Cancun (overnite layover in Denver!) on an airplane TWICE (why twice" is another story!!) for our move to Belize!! we then drove from Cancun to Chetumual (border town between Belize and Mexico), stayed for 2 days and then drove to Placencia, Belize where we have happily lived for 2 years so far. He was a splendid traveler, tho he DiD NOT like turbulence!! but he ate and pooped like normal, no stress. I had had bunnies for almost 20 years before inviting a piggy...I don't recommend a 2 country, international move, but I wouldn't have tried if he didn't have the personality he does. Hoping to get the book on his move finished soon!! For one side note, I am always jealous to see all the piggies you encounter loving having their chin rubbed...none of mine did and 3 I got as small babies (3 of my 4 came from Fenella/Wee Companions!! one from the NoCal 400 in 2017) Jupi is happy to be living where veggies are fresh, clean and cheap and coconut oil produced naturally nearby!!! hugs to you, your family, all the piggies and other critters and all your staff and volunteers for all you do. sorry i hijacked an old video!!!
Yes that is so true they eat pee poop drink so much more so much more hay also i give my three babies a good coconut oil rub with a soft cloth its so nice and they feel so good after i have all fleece with so much thick fleece for the warmth and need to replace pee pads often my skinny pig girls are the best but they are the ones who require so much more work but its so worth it ❤❤ thank you for doing this video people so need to know this its an awsome video saskia
For the scent/grease gland I just use lukewarm melted coconut oil and cotton swabs. I find that work really well. I also trim the hair around the area.
i love percy which i was in the states id be there in a sec for him so sweet....and great info on skinny pigs..ive had them and normal piggies, my skinny loved to snuggle in my robe, in the uk if skinny pigs have fur on the face and feet we call them werwolves , i love them .
I was thinking about getting one but after you mentioned they poop 50x more. That's a lot of poop. I think a Cane Corso will be much easier to care for haha! Great video. Loved it 👍🏼 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 No no no!
When skinnies get elderly they cost an arm and a leg. We had some bumblefoot, we had a URI, we had congenital heart failure. Easily $1000 CAD in the 4 years. Lost one on 5 days before Xmas and his cagemate had a heart attack last week. I have a 1 yr old baby currently. They're lovely but they are way more expensive in care. XO
This was such a helpful video. I learned so much! Thank you! I've had many sets of guinea pigs but this is my first set of skinnies. I appreciate getting a little of the background as well. You obviously care so much and if I'm ever in LA I will come and visit your rescue. I purchased both of your Amazon items and am super excited about the purchases. I generally get my fleeces from thrift stores. Are the store boughts better?
My skinny girls stole my heart! The ones with hair on their backs are called werewolves. Another good oil to use is vitamin e as you will find some skinnies are allergic to coconut oil. They are heartier to the cold than you think. Obviously they can't live outside but are okay to indoor temperatures down to 65°F. 💕
Coconut oil works wonders on not only dry skin but also on sunburn. I am very fair skinned so I Burn in minutes outside and I started using coconut oil on the sunburn and 9 times out of 10 I was healed within 12-24 hours. So with any of these little critters that are nekkid and outdoors this could help with any sunburn and dry skin. ;)
I spend all day giving my skinny the best care pee pads changed 3 x a day Fleese swept 2 x a day and fleece changed ever 2-3 days I have many cuddle Sacks and the best hay and food and vegetables thete are👍They have organic coconut oil for baths every 3 months although they are very clean And corner potty trained I agree they should not be bred But as long as I can I will care for them like little kings and queens
They really do poop so much it's so crazy. Adriano is so handsome 😍 I have a girl, Blake - who looks the same. My skinnys (and hairys) are living their best life 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Suppose I'm a Guinea slave for life 😂😂😂
THANK YOU, firs youtuber to actually state that we shouldn't breed them. Yes they are cute and look like little hippos but they are not natural and destined to a life of being uncomfortable IF they are properly taken care of. Much worse lives if they become popular and the average person starts getting them.
The guinea pigs I had when I was a child really went to town on all the cables in the house. My parents actually had to make sure all the cables were conceiled or out of reach so that my piggies couldn't destroy them when we let them out of their cage. Plus when they eat the coating of the cables it is really bad for a guinea pig and can clog up their system and make them constipated. So don't assume your guinea pigs won't try to eat the cables, first observe whether they do before you let them near cables and wires unsupervised.

I wear them all the time!! Thank you
@@LosAngelesGuineaPigRescue did you get the peaflakes at christmas?
Oh my gosh... when you started petting his cheeks! Cuteness overload!
i wanted to cry! you are so right! cuteness overload! i never thought they were cute...but Percy sold me!
Polly Whitfield yay!!!!!! Good for doing the right thing and researching rather than palming them off to a shelter
AmousecalledStanley thank you so much!
They like to have a friend to live with
Roerta Raia I found that out during research. She was only alone for 2 days when I found out and we immediately got another.
Hey Scotty, I sent this to Saskia but in case she doesn't have time to read comments, I'm copy pasting it to you as well... I use the canine for my cat because they only carry up to 300mg for kitties and 750mg for pups. I need higher potency for what I use it for. FHS is a numerological disorder similar to seizure disorders. I'm going to copy and paste this into an email attachment as well for I want you to see this! Thank you for the work you do for the innocent baby piggies 💖 Many blessings!!
I always feel bad when I see a skinny pig. They're truly adorable but I would never purchase one just to avoid creating more demand for them in the pet trade. Percies back feet look rather sore, do they lack paw pads?
I agree I noticed the red parts on the back of his feet too. I was searching in the comments to see if anyone else spotted that.
i’m glad to see this.
@@Michelema2 ... So Sorry to Hear that Your Daughter Went through that Terrible Experience!! 😢 It's Never Easy Losing a Pet You Love ❤
I helped my friend give his 2 guinea pigs a proper home, food and I educated him about guinea pigs all from this channel!!! Thank youuuuuuu!!!!!
Sad to hear they were bred for laboritories. I think I would find them high maintenance compared to what I have. Cute, funny little characters though.
Wow my normal pigs are a lot of work, I can't imagine having pigs that need even more cleaning and food. Thank you for teaching about skinny pigs!
Right? The ones with hair are pooping and eating machines already!
These are the heating pads we use for the skinnies - these have a stay on setting and last forever. amzn.to/35WJRl3
Percyyyy😍 why must we be on complete opposite sides of the country 😭
They are adorable, but like you mentioned, it's not really natural for guinea pigs to be that way. I feel bad for animals when humans distort their features just to fit what they find "cute." It's like what people have done to many dog breeds (especially the brachycephalic breeds) 😢
Yeah but they were made for intent of labs, I don’t know if that’s worse or not
My Chinese crested is the same as skinny pig she eats and poops more then my yorkies yes you are correct . The breeding has gotten out of hanf
OMG it's so cute the he likes his cheeks rubed
I knoooww
Skinny pigs need cleaning out EVERY day. They need a room temperature of 24 celcius. They also need more vet treatments.
I have 31 regular piggies and love them.
31 😳😳
Lol. Calm down. They do fine at room temp. They are hardy animals that really don't need much more care than a standard one.
Just what everyone wants, a pre-spoiled piggy!!! :-)
I also noticed with our skinny boy is a little more sensitive/ talkative when you touch them. We live in WA or else I would come down there and see if Percy would be a good match for our skinny boy.
I wonder if they have high metabolic rates - they feel hot, eat a lot, poop a lot, and get cold easily. 🤔
Percy has a turkey belly and legs. 😂❤️
I know, I was laughing so hard, I thought she was gonna plop him in a pan and roast him
@@mszoomy Percy would eat all the veggies in the pot roast 😆
Thank you so much for making this video . I am a skinny pig momma and I love my little Harry. He is a lot of maintenance but is the sweetest little piggy ever. I have learned so much from you all and appreciate everything you guys do. I wish I can adopt them all. 😍🙌
From what I've heard, Saskia, you're right! They eat to help keep their temperature up and burning calories for warmth. I also heard that they call them "Skinny" pigs because their 'skin' is showing. Someone also told me the ones that have more fur on their heads they call they werewolves which is funny to me.
I am getting my first skinny pig soon. I definitely don’t mind the extra work. Thank you!
They are very very affectionate, I have 5 skinnies and they are so lovable. Enjoy yours
To me they take a special owner willing to put in the time. They may be high maintenance, but well worth it.
So true, I have 5 skinnies and 4 normal. I find the skinnies to be a lot more affectionate than the normal one. Might just be me though
all very true Saskia. skinny pigs take a lot of time and maintenance
thank you for explaining this, and for showing the bath process.
Sometimes people have to step up and take care And responsible behavior
of what they created..
Percy is so PRECIOUS I CAN'T EVEN!!!!
OMG. What a ham! Look at him soaking up that attention during his bath. So cute!
Just rescued one that was surrendered to Petco; after her quarantine she’ll have company, some high quality coconut baths (she already got one), the fluffiest fleeces with cozies and low hammocks, and 20sq feet to roam around!
😍Ooh.. look at that lil guy. Percy is a beautiful potato. I did not know this much about skinnies.
Would love a skinny, but my home would be too cold, and the people I know find them creepy
This is a brilliant and very informative video. I think all pet stores that sell them should make people watch it. And, the males neutered. I saw a couple for sale in a Petsmart store for $100. I didn’t know what they were. So sad. I live in Vancouver Canada and always adopt from rescues
So grateful for your videos, you're so gentle but thorough!
I liked the part where he pulled a poop out of his butt.
guinea pigs do that 😂 pretty often too. They just reingest some things they pooped because like many herbivores their digestive system is not super efficient at getting all the nutrients from the food so they make it work non stop
Ya he's all, "this is for you honey, keep the change."
thank you so much for this video. not a lot of resources out there on skinny pigs. was a bit of a learning curve when i got one
Where are you in PA? I was trying to find a local rescue to adopt from, but couldn't seem to find any.
I need to call my guinea pigs Doctor . The lady that works there fosters guinea pigs . I’m twenty minutes away from Pottstown PA I’m in northern chestier county
Ware are you located
I live in Chestier County PA
Thank you for this! My foster skinnies have greatly enjoyed their baths.
If I lived there I would take Percy I don't know why people don't like these little ones
I am in love!He is absolutely adorable!I wish I was closer.I would come and scoop him up.
I can agree with the poop!! It’s an insane amount!
Percy is the most perfect little man I've ever seen!
Thank u so much hope u see this
Here it is ruclips.net/video/r6WU2J1HHAQ/видео.html
the skinny on skinnies!!!
Thank you For making this video. Now that I know how much work they actually take to keep them healthy and clean I would never buy one
I love his little mohawk!!
For the scent/grease gland I just use lukewarm melted coconut oil and cotton swabs. I find that work really well. I also trim the hair around the area.
I have 7 guinea they take up a lot of time and food but I love them you guys are amazing I love watching your videos
Have to keep those wee ones extra warm. 🐹☺️❤️
i love percy which i was in the states id be there in a sec for him so sweet....and great info on skinny pigs..ive had them and normal piggies, my skinny loved to snuggle in my robe, in the uk if skinny pigs have fur on the face and feet we call them werwolves , i love them .
you are such a beautiful person! Also I really like your patience and how you explain things !
I was thinking about getting one but after you mentioned they poop 50x more. That's a lot of poop. I think a Cane Corso will be much easier to care for haha! Great video. Loved it 👍🏼

No no no!
Omg the white blaze on his Snoot. Too cute
XO
Its sally from Twitter this is a great subject and information!!!! Love you to all
one of the most amazing videos I have ever seen on youtube. thanks :)
I had never seen a skinny pig until I saw them here. They’re adorable but they are work.
Your piggies are so happy
Percy is a doll baby!
I'm glad there's skinny pigs there so so smart and I'm highly allergic to the furry ones now so I have a skinny pig named Simon I love him so much
My skinny girls stole my heart!
So with any of these little critters that are nekkid and outdoors this could help with any sunburn and dry skin. ;)
Everyone needs this because they are high maintenance lil more than a normal guineas
Ahh adorable I just really love 💓💕 animals.😍 🥰
I spend all day giving my skinny the best care pee pads changed 3 x a day Fleese swept 2 x a day and fleece changed ever 2-3 days I have many cuddle Sacks and the best hay and food and vegetables thete are👍They have organic coconut oil for baths every 3 months although they are very clean
And corner potty trained I agree they should not be bred
But as long as I can I will care for them like little kings and queens
I never knew about the bath but I have been washing n adding coco butter lotion.
They are adorable
They really do poop so much it's so crazy. Adriano is so handsome 😍 I have a girl, Blake - who looks the same.
My skinnys (and hairys) are living their best life 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Suppose I'm a Guinea slave for life 😂😂😂
Great video, you give very helpful information so thank you for your videos they’re amazing!
Another video that may be of help by Skinnypigs 1 ruclips.net/video/bLRdQjsXv_U/видео.html
I live in an apt. and like to have it very cold so when I got me Chijuajua I placed heating pads throughout the place to keep her warm.
THANK YOU, firs youtuber to actually state that we shouldn't breed them. Yes they are cute and look like little hippos but they are not natural and destined to a life of being uncomfortable IF they are properly taken care of. Much worse lives if they become popular and the average person starts getting them.
I had a Guinea when I was kid & im thinking about adopting a skinny next month
Iv'e wanted a skinny pig since 6th grade. I have owned regular guinea pigs for over 7 years, hopefully in the future I can get a few skinny pigs. :D
I wish i knew about the coconutoil when i had my skinny's!!! Still love them....
Watching Casanova and La Bamba climb the pen as if they are saying 'Turn around Mum!! Pay attention to Meee!!
Oh, I wish I could adopt Percy or any other Skinny Guinea pig from this rescue center but I live in Russia
I Love My 2 Skinny Boys They are Rescued and Just love there 6 ft habitat so much 👍🥰🐹🐹
I love the painting of the two skinnies on the title page of the video....its beautiful.! Credit to the artist 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
