What do you think of it?

5:10 "They definitely gonna sell tons of these rackets because so many people gonna be curious what it's like" - well, they already did the Cybershape for table tennis and not many are interested in it and only 1 known pro plays the blade in the championships...

I own this racket but the 18K Hard version, I love it, more than Varlion that have been my go to for the last couple of years. It's not about the glass for me when defending, that doesn't happen to often, but the ground, you get so much more racket in underneath the ball when trying to dig up ripping volleys or viboras. Don't think the racket will perform better for beginners to intermediate players(ball always bounces high for you since your opponents are meh as well), but for someone who plays comps and spend 5-10 hours on the court every week, you will notice a different when defending imo.
At attack, it feels like any other racket with long grip.

      Good morning
can you tell me if the racket is really very hard? Does it tire your arm? Which racket could we compare it with? oxdog pro? Vertex?
      THANKS

@@duchox911 The 18K Hard is not very hard comparing it to other harder versions of other companys. But, it does have a longer grip which tends to strain the elbow a lot more because it makes it more topheavy. If you have problems with tennis elbow I would stay away from this racket. Good luck and enjoy your padel m8!

Very unique shape, how ever I feel to get that perfectly close to the glass is more of a long shot. Maybe it’s the enlarged sweet spot doing more than just the shape enabling you to get close to the glass. Not sure if it’s ticking g the boxes for me

I love my new racket. Got it on 1/31 and I've tested it on a ball machine and played a tournament this weekend for 3 1/2 hours. I have 18K (want to test 18K hard).

Ewan, could you explain the English grade (level) system... I was going to come across from Spain to see a friend and play in a LTA regional tournament for fun... It's a grade 3 event maybe you could advise?

That shape is a gimmick if you ask me, in terms of getting close to the wall as it's going only work when have the racket at certain angles

I wish people would stop inventing names for things that already have names. There is no such thing as a cyber shape. The argument that you have increased capacity to play near the glass would make more sense if the sweet spot was near the top of it and not centered. Having said that, it might be a more sophisticated round racket in some regards.

Isn’t it better that they prioritised putting the money on the actual racket instead of on a fancy box?

I think they mean that if you are close to the glass with the racket, you will still hit the ball closer to the sweet spot than with a normal racket. The sweet spot can be closer to the edge thanks to the shape? My interpretation at least.
Just got the Adidas Carbon RX thanks to your recommendation btw. Feels good!
