    In today's video I mistakenly mentioned walnuts as apricot!! 😯
    Kindly excuse me for that, may be the apricot scrub I saw minutes before the shoot did this to me. 😅

    It's been 27 days almost 16 days I ate only roasted seeds..but when I found about these biotin laddu .....I made them and in just 11 days I emphasize only in 11 days 1 laddu empty stomach in the morning.......my hair volume increased almost 25% and 1 inch length growth
    Offcourse it's a mix result of seeds and laddus ....but in my opinion it's easy and tasty way to consume these seeds in laddu's form

    아몬드, 호두 - 각각 1/2 컵
    참깨, 아마씨 - 각각 1/3 컵
    호박씨, 해바라기씨 - 각각 1/4 컵
    모두 블렌드로 갈기.
    Ghee버터를 녹이고, 녹인버터에 대추야자(date)를 으깬다.
    단맛은 대추야자(date)로 조절한다.
    잘 안 뭉쳐질때는 ghee버터를 좀 더 넣기.

    iron pan
    half cup -almond ( roast - dry)
    akhrot ( roast)
    til ke beej(black ) roast
    flaxseeds ( roast)
    pumpkin seeds (kaddu) roast
    sunflower seeds ( roast)
    grind.. alag alag ( separately)
    pan - 1 spn ghee( healthy fatty acids)
    jaggery powder/ khajoor( dated)
    ab kya badhiyaa se roast wagerah karke.. badhiya se mix krke sab.. laddoo banayein or roj ek maje se khaayein😅😅

    Hair & skin
    Dry roask all ingredients separately
    Almond---1/2cup
    Walnuts----1/2cup
    Flaxseed----1/3cup
    Black/white saseme seeds--/3cup
    Pumpkin seeds---1/4cup
    Sunflower seeds---1/4cup
    Grind all ingredients separately
    In a separate pan take 1-2 ts ghee and dates , blends all the dates. Mix all powders in dates & make ladu's.
    You can take 1 ladu in a day

    I have tried these ladoos for 1 week so far and I have now new hair growing. However, having said that I was low on Iron so I am taking iron supplement also. But I do believe the hair are growing becos of this as I was taking iron supplement for almost 3 weeks but just seen new hair now.

    I've just made this laddu .
    Experience :- don't make a lot of dry mixture as it will become difficult to bind.
    The dates shud be such that it shud be in liquid form .or else u won't be able to make laddu . The taste is more like alsi gajak or chikki.
    If u don't have melted .complelty .liquidy dates .. u won't be able to bind it . The dates give the sweetness to the dry mixture ..or else the laddos gonna be sick n bland .

    Today made a second batch of these magical laddus.

      @@myraberry9348 I think you should not keep it in air tight box ...also prepare small batches... roast them nicely ... and may be instead of dates you can use jaggery powder ...

    Hi Mam , I do have these Biotin laddus ,and it's really very healthy, I have been taking since pass 3 months .just would like to add a tip ,if you are adding dates then soak it in warm water and then grind it ,pulp will be ready,then add to the mixture of seeds and nuts powder ,then you can can easily roll into laddus ,incase if u can't roll them and the mixture is dry ,the. take some more dates ,soak them and use the pulp.Take water only the that dates should get dipped in ,not too much ,this is how I make .This laddus have help me in my hair growth.😍

      If it's very hot then add some grated dry coconut, melon seeds and some raisen (kismis) you can also add some dry rose petals,this will help to make the laddus less heatty ,and also you can consume twice or thrice a week ,make a small batch and try and see .

      Sapana, you can also have some chaas or lassi or sabja drink to cool ur body temperature.This will help to regulate your heat in ur body.

    Hello Beautiful Preiti.
    Thank you for this lovely delicious recipe. This remedy is great, I used to eat all that but recently I stopped, after viewing it i realized this could be one of the reason why my hair started to fall & my skin looked dull etc. I have some ingredients add I will get the rest & will start eating it, not just for 21 days but forever.

    My first review ever tested and tried. 95% I see my hair fall is stopped. No doubt . But the only concern is I don't see new hair in the crown part of my scalp... it's been 20 days I haven been having this laddoo... ppl need to trust me on this that it stopped my hair fall to 95%

    I have used many of your diy remedies and i got wonderful results too. At present, I don't face any problem like no dandruff no hair fall. Even I am getting hair growth too. Can you please share a weekly routine for such problem less hair to keep them healthy and well maintained all the time??
    I am 42. Naturally I got some grey hairs. Like others even I tried chemical hair color for them for 4-5 times. But they made them dull rough lifeless and ultimately results in more grey hair. I have completely stopped chemical hair colour. I can not use henna. Other than henna, what are the other alternatives to cover grey hair ? If I have to colour them for some occasions, without damaging them, what are the safest brands according to you? 🙏

    Videos like these are much needed for people like us who are currently students ( nd will be students for many years from today ) because we don't get enough time to nurture ourselves because we have to devote a lot of time to our studies . I never get the time to apply any hair mask so I go with oils . But I don't get enough time to leave the oil on my hair . And also in order to get rid of the oil I sometimes use a lot of shampoo which makes my hair dry. And also belonging to a very middle class family I can't invest in hair care or skin care . But everyone has to invest in their health. So videos like this are much needed because they are not time consuming because you have to prepare it once nd then you are ready for a long time . Di I have one query that can we just skip the ladoo making part and directly consume the powdered form and how much to consume everyday because iski taseer kaafi garam hoti hai . I have heard it from my parents . So do tell me how much to consume and if it's fine to consume it in powdered form ? . I am 16 currently. And thanks a lot for all the efforts.     PP you are demonstrating an exclusive ladoo preparation. But you are giving the measurement of some and some no mention is made at all. You will appreciate we should know the measurements of all the ingredients to increase or decrease according to the main ingredients given. Could you please do the needful to give us the best results. You mentioned the weight of almonds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, not walnuts, sunflower seeds.     Almond
    Apricot
    Sesame seed white
    Flax seed
    Pumpkin seed
    Sunflower seed
    Roast them, grind them (differently) , take ghee in pan put dates or gur then put our powered seeds and make laddoos … add more ghee if required.

    Prerna, I am Salwa, I am 14 . I used your remidies and got amazing results.
    I will surely try this as well. But last month, I checked my hemoglobin. It was
    7.7. So, I have to increase it. I know it's silly, but still I can't swallow tablets.

    If we can grind dessicated coconut dry roasted along with dry roasted dates and grind them together there will be no need of ghee at all...and coconut relase it's oil which is much healthier than ghee and it will be easy to bind the laddu without any ghee .even anjeer with dates and resins can be used as binding agent

    Hi Preity , how r u ? Laddo 21 din he khanah hain ya 2 3 months tk. Time mention kr dain k kitnay months tk khana chahiye. Laddo ko subah ya sham kis waqt lena acha hai or milk ya warm water kis k sath zaida acha hoga.
