Watching you struggle with this was my cue to pass on this dryer 🤣. I have long natural hair too and I’m just going to stick with the tension method on my basic handheld $9 dryer. Thanks for sharing
@@ayuanabradford3206 well. mines is like 4c hair and when I pull it furthest in the back, it goes to my mid back. in the front, it goes down to like my mid neck. I haven’t really measured it with a ruler + im only 4’11 so it’s prob just long for me 😭
@@cocoajass I need help growing my hair any advice I’ve been natural for years but never really cared for the maintenance but I’m ready I have 4b and 4c texture
I love my daughters. They were doing cosmetology program while they are high school. They do it in the morning and have a regular school day. After school day they have cross country or track and field. Thry put their hair in bantu knots. After they remove it in the morning. They do this every morning. Now I'm doing this, too. ( I run in the morning ) I love it. Im learning everyday. ❤ Thank you.
I just gave myself a good hair cut. My ends needed it and ended up taking off 3-4 inches when I was on my way to tailbone length but 🤷🏾♀️. Sometimes I get annoyed with how much I cut off but I like the health of my hair and how it feels. I LOVE your blow out btw :D!!! As always, great video 😊❤!
I have a brush like this and I love it so much. It would take me like 15 minutes per section for a bad blow out but 2 minutes with a blow dryer brush (different brand). Also your hair is really pretty!!
So beautiful girl! I am wondering like everyone else what is the blow dry balm you used...you did not say what it was. I never can get my hair that smooth.
I’m a new Subbie! I love your content we don’t see too many naturals stylin their natural hair anymore. I find more promoting wigs which is good but I want to see more naturals styling their natural hair more! Thx for sharing 😊
Me neither I only was getting my hair blown out like 3 times a year but still started noticing my hair wasn't as thick and healthy as it use to be. So definitely will try the "bantu stretching" method on my damp hair after a egg (protein) deep conditioner, shampooing, and then rinsing my hair with cold water and following up with a leave-in conditioner.
Protective style as long as you can for those 3 months. Wigs twists or braids. Massage your scalp with an oil (simple is Jamaican black castor oil with a few drops of peppermint) this will stimulate more blood flow to the scalp and give you a boost in growth. Then 2-3 weeks before the wedding tryout the style to make sure it works or if you need a plan b style.
@@Reel1555 I would say everything other day. Just put a little on your fingertips and rub in front section and edges then repeat for middle section and sides and then the back. Too much oil runs off your head like a jerri curl 😂 it happened to me. Make sure you do it at night and if you want to boost growth check some videos for the inversion method. One week a month after you oil your scalp, hang off the side of your bed. Not too much but just enough that your head is seeing upside down and stay there 4 minutes then roll over and get up. This reverses the flow of blood for hair growth too. You may get more than an inch doing inversion and scalp massage in those 3 months
Hey hey HEYY❣️
