During the second phase of your video, please explore the following:
1. Drainage of the section of the roof that faces the perimeter wall
2. Take us through all the bedrooms; today we only saw the living room, dining, kitchen and bits of the backyard
3. Take us round the house so that we can see for ourselves and estimate the size
4. Always interpret sq feet for us lay people in a comprehensible concept
5. Finally we salute baby Luka and we love him
