We have an option to add a post to the Property Message Board for tenants who live in one property or for all tenants with active leases so they will be able to see the same message from you. You can post building-wide notices or share files with tenants, different announcements like items for sale, upcoming events of interest, lists of found items, etc. There is also an option to turn on/off the tenants’ rights to comment on these posts. Sure! You can add invoices and related payment records with the needed date. For that, just change the date “Due on” field during the invoice creation/editing process. I'm the renter and have questions. Where do I go? Can't reach anyone via phone. This is in regards to the recent update. Adding a bank account didn't offer the three options I had a year ago when I initially created an account.

Feel free to leave a voicemail and our manager will get back to you at the earliest convenience, or you can also submit a support ticket from your account. You can send payments within the system only if you are connected with your landlord/property manager and they have Online Payments account set up and passed a verification process. Go to your account "Dashboard" page from the left menu to view the active lease. Please contact your landlord if you do not see your rental. If you have an active lease, you will see your outstanding balance (if there is one). Click on the "Pay online" button. Choose ACH option. Here you can pay and save the bank account for the future.
