I think that the ending where everyone survives will have some kind of bad twist to it, like they will live but like a month, until the world ends, or everyone lives but they are all corrupted inside and they are no longer the people they used to be
Miro learned a lot from FH1 and implemented it better in FH2

I get the Raccoon/furry guy having his qualms with F&H 1, but being “angry this game exists” is kind of petty. There’s been alot of art that depicts more explicit things as well, to react in that way doesn’t show the most maturity

the thought of samarie being deleted is pretty shocking ngl. its not entirely suprising since she's like. the least developed of all the contestants. saving her feels more like an easter egg than anything lmao, i just have so many questions tbh. is there just gonna be 13 of them now? what's gonna happen to marina's dad now that sam wont be there to kill him in her honor or whatever? we'll just have to wait and see i suppose
I'm in the middle of the game playing as Marina and idk, I like her. Like, she could just not be a contestant anymore? (I think she wasnt in earlier ideas)
@@mariogariazzo2024 yeah i like her too lol. despite the whole stalking thing i think maybe playing as her would be really interesting since you'd start with mind read without cheating. and just. alot of other stuff like being in the locked part of the train. there's alot you could do with her that could make her a cool playable character lol. we'll see whenever termina gets updated again i suppose.

Man I really enjoyed this first episode! Really waiting for the next one this was so cool :D I really like the dinamic you four have, like Frapollo being naive (don't bully pls uwu), ADarkRaccoon being mean (like all Argentinian people, including myself), Mauthe wanting to keep it in control sometimes, except he is so chaotic evil that he can't contain himself on trolling, and maybe this episode it was a bit quiet, but the comments from Jones always made me laugh, he's such a character lmao (debug tiles new canon explained when)
On the other hand (it probably is already a topic for another podcast) but since you're the new gods, it would be cool that each one of you elaborated on of what are you gods (I mean, you could use the 4 motifs from the new gods from F&H 1, but I think It would be a cool idea if y'all could elaborate on that topic)

2 really good points I'd really like for them to touch on again
1. How strong are the new gods really?
2. How are the main characters able to best new gods, monsters, and a dragon? I personally think it has something to do with their souls (ie endless, tormented, ect)

This was awesome! The hour went by so fast the only complain I have is that I wish it was longer.

So is there any way for New Gods to retain their power, or are they all doomed to lose their power?
It seems like their long term power is tied to having worshippers. If you could make a popular, long term religion then you'd stick around for awhile. Pretty hard though
@@MautheDoog So if you got the Share the Gospel and Influence people through religion version of Ending D in FH1, whoever you played is most likely still around and full of power at the time when Termina would happen?
There's a good chance you could last 500~ years, definitely, but it is rare The fellowship lasted around as long, and they had a particularly long reign. @@shadowcat6762

The issue is that you will inevitably fall, so the world is back where it started. That's Le'garde's whole contention, that the existing systems don't allow humanity to truly become better @@shadowcat6762

I think that the biggest issue with the F&H world are its gods. Not that the humans don't cause a lot of problems, but in our world, our gods *usually* carry relatively good morals. What is the best you have in the F&H world? Alll-Merr? When that guy said "pick up your cross and follow me" he wasn't being metaphorical. It's a miracle that humans are as civilized as they are if Gro-Goroth is a guy that used to be taught about in Sunday school.
The endings debate segment could've been its own episode.

This goes to show how poor Frapollo94 understands the game where he doesn't even understand the game's mechanics. Iron mask does protect from peck, shown in the wiki.
So basically : Saying one error is equal to not understand not only the game but also the mechanics..

like kirby star allies, it added more characters and story modes for those characters and they even added a new game mode at the end with more lore and such for the antagonists. thats whast i think raccoon meant with 'early access'

I got into Fear and Hunger because my bestie Pocky showed me your clips (Mau) of Pocketcat and we were both equally fawning over him. Pocky really wanted the games and I looked into them both and downloaded the demo to Fear and Hunger 1. After dying over 30 times in the demo and not even getting that far I was hooked =w=
A week later I got paid so I got Funger1 and 2 weeks later I got Funger2 for both me and Pocky.
I still haven't touched Termina yet, am stubborn and want to at least get 1 ending to Funger1 before I do :P~ I'm failing quite hard =w= but I'm still having a ton of fun suffering in Funger1 for now >w>

After I did alot of playthroughs of 1
when Termina was coming out I was afraid I wasn't going to like it over 1
currently now I totally prefer Termina but more in the standpoint of how much content it has + characters
but 1 currently to me has more story and I also felt a new level of horror playing 1
