They did NOT need to go this hard for a character story quest. The cinematics were stunning, the OSTs were incredible, and those vocals were just perfection. Absolute cinema.
I totally agree, they didn't have to work so hard for another character with an attraction to Rover, who will disappear from the plot and who will be forgotten by everyone because in the next patches there will be a bunch of the same LMAO

They explained things very well when we went through Flora's memories, Camellya is currently obsessed with Rover but isnt in love with him partly because they just met again "for the first time". After Rover wiped his memory she started having trouble keeping her overclock in check because she missed him since he was the only one that made her happy which is very much a sign of love and ultimately she chose to wipe her own memory as well in order to not overclock since she had made that promise to Rover when he gave her the bracelet. We also saw that no matter the universe they always end up finding each other and in one of those universes we even see they got married so its pretty safe to assume that the love is mutual and with enough time they will fall in love again.

Honestly for a gacha game companion quest that about you and said companion journey of how they met especially between rover and camellya was wonderful and it literally opens the door of multiverse or time manipulation kind of plot and maybe we may get a enemy with time powers cause PGR has said enemies why won’t wuwa have it too so you all should just chill
Holy crap Camellya's voice actor killed it with those vocals! The actress' costume and mannerisms is very fitting, I'm loving these experimentations with episodes and trailers. They're not afraid to try something risky and wow what a beautiful composition! Keep on cooking, Kuro Games!!
last ending scene of the 1.4 when the night knocks quest was so pretty 😭😭 also interesting that camellya is the only resonator we've seen thats overclocked!! w kuro edit: by overclocked i mean like ingame, apparently for other resonators like yangyang they overclocked but we didnt see it, its logged however as history
